I didn't have a copy of my insurance card; the young lady was kind enough to print a copy for me from my online policy. I had a daytime running light that had been out of service for weeks. I fully expected to pay for that in addition to the cost of inspection. Apparently the wiring was loose so I was not charged. In today's environment that level of honesty is extraordinary. 3yrs ago, I brought my vehicle to LG transmission. It was determined that my transmission was…read moreshot. I was told the transmission would be rebuilt by LG transmission. After a few weeks I was told the repairs were complete, I paid the bill in full and drove my vehicle home. Approximately 2 weeks later I returned to LG transmission complaining the transmission was slipping. Andre checked the fluid level and said everything looked good. I made at least 3 more trips back to Andre complaining about the transmission slipping and each time he would check the fluids and the computer. 1 year later the transmission was slipping so badly I took it to him and he said I need a new transmission. When I brought up the fact he had rebuilt the transmission about 1 yr ago, he started pointing to the mileage saying I put alot of miles on the vehicle. His solution was me buying a remanufactured transmisson and he extended the warranty. This was a terrible solution for me but I just wanted the vehicle fixed. Here we are 2yrs from the date the remanufactured vehicle was installed and the transmission is leaking from it's seals and bolts and is not shifting properly. Again he started blaming the miles on the vehicle and quoted me $1000+ for repairs. Buyer beware.

As they work on your car, you get emails with updates showing pictures of what they're finding during inspection and working on, which really helped me (a 25-year-old female) ensure that I wasn't getting scammed. I seriously don't know why this shop here with all of the guys in there you would think that they know what their doing But they don't. I took my car over there and the had things stolen from my car, charged me thousands in cash for my e break tires and dash and inspection and all of these test to be done but when I gotten my car. it was as if they did nothing. These guys are amazing. They put their computer on my ECM and printed out all the code faults. They spent an hour explaining to me that it was not a transmission problem and what it might be. They also gave me several possible (reliable) repair shops names and #. As it turned out I had a blown head gasket. (Not their specialty but they went out of their way to help me.
