Absolutely terrible service! If I could give them a negative rating, I would! Had my vehicle in for some simple work. They tried to cut a corner, and ended up causing some smoke to come out from under the hood while driving to work. Took it back after work, and they fixed it for free. Which was nice, but I still had to take time out of my day to come back, and wait for it to be fixed. Still, people recommended them so I eventually went back for more work. That went fine, neither impressed or dissatisfied. Went back again, recently, for more work. Had to get a rental car while my vehicle was left there for several days. Was given a rough estimate of when the work would be done. They ended up continually pushing the date later and later. But, didn't call and tell me this. I'd have to call them, assuming my vehicle would be ready when they told me it would be. Then turn around and keep the rental car even longer. They cited the covid-19 corona virus as a reason for the delays. Which is understandable. However, as a general courtesy you should actually call your customers, and tell them this. Not wait for them to call, expecting to be able to pick up their vehicle. If this is what I can expect from them, I won't return even for an oil change. read more
