They called me several times to keep me updated and ask a couple of questions about work I had previously had done on the car to help diagnose it, and it turns out only a small part was needed to fix the problem! I am so excited to have found an honest, friendly garage in the area and will definitely be taking my car back for future maintenance needs, as well as having my family bring their vehicles in! I absolutely recommend them :)

I left feeling valued and appreciated. - A rarity in today's marketplace. They installed a fairly complicated removable trailer hitch on my BMW. After pickup Tom ( the owner) saw me in the parking lot under car struggling with the removal progress. In a flash HE TOO was on the ground next to me, under the car showing me how to do it. In his good clothes? Yup. Really? He then offered to make me a CUSTOM TOOL that would provide more leverage for my 72 year old hands!
