Overall the store is on the smaller side. They don't have as much selection on their shelves nor are their shelves full of product the same way you would see at your typical Advance store. A few of each thing with a fair amount of open/empty/blank space is more the norm especially in the back where the quarts of oil are kept. While the people who work here are very nice, you're not going to be calling/coming here asking them for advice or assistance like you see at other stores or at Advance who will install blades or a battery for you at no charge. It's just not that type of store at least not if you come later in the day. Know exactly what you need or be able to ask very specific and precise questions and you'll be OK coming here for basic auto needs.

Maybe I have to come in here twice a year for something and while the guys that work here are not going to sitting back and writing Hallmark cards or reciting poetry in their spare time they know what they need to know and personally I've always had my questions answered right the first time. What else could you want from an auto parts store?

Was NOT expecting to take up residency in their waiting area. After I got in my car, I noticed they never mounted the used tire or rim I had requested (to have as a full size spare). I was charged for the job. Pulled back up to the doors, and they did take care of that quickly. I was fuming. Also notified the BBB. Depending on if I get my refund or a load of crap from the manager, I may file a grievance with the State Attorney General's office. When I got the total, I questioned the pricing. The other service advisor at pickup said the tires I ordered were discontinued. Bullshit. Another lie. I pulled up the ad on my phone, $110.99 each. The ones I SPECIFICALLY ordered. At no time did anyone inform me that they were discontinued. Charged me $129.99 each, do they seriously think that women are stupid? On a positive note, the tires they put on were good in the snow. I drove 125 miles on the highway in a blizzard with no issues.
