This place is so clean. /s

For $30/person this is what you get: The only ride they have is a riding laser tag thing: guns are broken Cafe area: This place is filthy. If you're an adult and like throwing your food and wrappers on the floor; this is your kind of place. The garbage cans were cleaner than the tables and floor. Cafe Workers: they seem like they enjoy being here up until you have to interrupt their conversation to order a coffee. Food: this came out as expected. If you have a microwave and freezer, you can only go so far. 4D theater: good enough. Pirate ship play area: good enough Final review: this place cannot be saved. Only come here if you want to get the latest Covid mutation to share.

I mean I'm not basing Legoland off of if I had a good time, because it really wasn't for me, but I was with a youngling and she had a ball. You buy the tickets which started like $25, and then you come in and make a little Lego man. Or a woman lol. They have a trough full of Lego person parts to pick from. And then you wait in line to go on the shooting Lego ride. It's very slow-moving ride, they put you in a car and then you drive into a dark laser tag cut up arena. They have screens and lights and all types of stuff that tell a story. And then you go to the virtual reality ride which is actually pretty cool. They put VR goggles on you and a sits you in a chair that leans and rocks with it. So you get a really good experience. You got to be able to make sure your child can sit still for about 5 minutes or so so that matters. Next you're going to go into a model space where they have a bunch of Legos at model Atlanta landmarks. Mercedes-Benz stadium, Ponce City market, and a bunch of other Atlanta Staples. Then you go into this little play place to where you have a number of stations to build Your own LEGO toys. Of course, they have to have this. They have a room to where you can actually work with a Lego building master. They have a place that you can get food if you've come this far on your child is hungry. It's just burgers and dogs and stuff like that. They have a platform to where you could build a rocket and scan it and then it'll play a game of somewhat asteroid on a huge projector screen. And then they have a pirate ship that you can climb in as a play place. Which is actually pretty cool if you like running and jumping and climbing. Lastly they have a movie that you can sit in. It's a 3D movie that's maybe about 10 minutes long I guess. I would suggest cleaning the glasses though, I know that they are kids but the glasses were terribly dirty and unsanitized from what it look like. Or at least the glasses that we all got. That is probably the biggest thing, having glasses with something on them that they want you to put on your face when they should have heavily sanitized them. After that you go to the gift shopping you're all done. Overall, kids look like they were having fun so it was a pretty good experience.

Our last visit was 7 years ago. Not much has changed. We got the general admission tickets. I paid a bit over $100 for my family of 4. I honestly thought it was too expensive for the little things you got to do. There are 2 rides, 4d movie and room where you can play a ninja game. The lady handling the front register handed each family a card with a QR code and told everyone you get a free picture. She must be new because that was a lie. You have to pay for printed photos and the packages start at $22 each. You do however, get a free digital picture if you provide your email address. Half my body was missing in our photo, it blended in with the background and was photoshopped out.

Left a bad impression on me and thusly, I don't support this business.

First time here and wasn't allowed in. There's a bunch of quick food places right by the entrance. I wanted to eat while my family went in ahead. I wanted to buy a ticket and continue along with my family but they wouldn't allow me in until one of my family members came out to get me. I asked my family when they came up front how far along were they and it wasn't worth my time or money. Not only did I feel embarrassed but also the lady's reaction towards me felt like I was being judged.

Very limited things to do in this Discovery Center. We had fun but did everything in under two hours.

This is the "gift" so small and overpriced.

Really expensive experience for the family and it's not worth it. They charge an adult full price but there is nothing you can go on as an adult. They recommend you to purchase the extra ticket with the gift which it's so tiny and your kids can lose it in a second.

I loved it and am surprised at the low Yelp rating. We have grandsons, a 5-year-old and a 9-month-old, and both enjoyed the experience. Not as much to do for the baby of course, but he enjoyed all of the activity around him as well as the splash table. Don't know that kids over the age of 8 or so would like it as much, but even the adults had fun making a Lego tower! Be sure to look for discount coupons on Groupon before going. It's not necessary to pay full price. Located in Phipps Plaza, FREE covered parking is easy, and this is a nice mall to enjoy a meal and walk around once you're done playing. Great day trip to keep the kid's happy!

Currently with an 11, 8 and 3 year old and everyone is like "is that it" and "is there any more". As a child, I loved Legos. Who wouldn't like a LEGOLAND? Me, that's who. My kids, thats who. This place is low performing and leaves everyone wanting more. Maybe a new think tank could breathe life into this glorified indoor playground. Cool points for the replicas though.

I considered buying the ticket with the Lego Collectible. Can anyone tell me what does the collectibles typically look like? Are they worth the extra money?

I posted a picture of them under "Legoland Discovery Atlanta", with description. Not sure about their worth, but our toddler played with all of them since they all looked like a regular lego brick, light blue with stickers of a Legoland Ninjago… Read more

He had such a great time getting slimed, making his own slime, and exploring the whole exhibit. His favorite part was the slime room. The slime room was really cool because they made sure we didn't get our clothes dirty, they wrapped us up in raincoats and protective gear, so all we had to do was take our shoes off. At the end of the exhibit we were able to pick the texture, scent, color, and more for our personal slime creation, and he loved taking it home. I have to say the employees there are super friendly and cheerful. The people in the slime room were especially memorable, hyping us up and making the experience even more fun. My cousin didn't want to leave. When we finally left for the day he couldn't stop talking about it all the way home. Definitely recommend bringing your family here. It's a fun, hands-on experience that can easily take a few hours and is perfect for kids and adults.

I also wish they had more variety of slime, it was mostly cloud slime.

And they had WiFi so I could work while they played?? Sold! Parking was easy. They don't share their lot with any other business. The space is a decent size , with bounce houses and air hockey. The staff was younger, and not really engaged. Similar to what other Yelpers reported, but that wasn't a big deal since I wasn't hosting a party and I honestly didn't need anything besides the WiFi password. They had a space to order food even though I didn't see anyone there and their bathrooms were pretty clean. Overall, my nephews had fun and it's an option to consider if I need to do something last minute and inexpensive.

You will still need to use the Groupon to buy the ticket in advance online though and buying tickets online involves filling out a waiver form. My toddler isn't quite 2 yet and took a bit to warm up to this space even though we came on a weekday morning with what seemed like mostly nannies and kids. Not too busy but the inflatables were a bit intimidating for my little one and then she eventually warmed up. There's an infant area too but I would have loved to see some pretend play like a toy kitchen. It's a really affordable play area though and there's no limit to how long you can stay, so you can eat there and I even saw massage chairs haha

I recently booked a birthday party at the Kids Avenue Buckhead location for my daughter, and…read moreoverall the experience felt very stressful and restrictive. The party structure is extremely strict. You're given a very limited time to set up and are required to clear the room well before your reservation ends. I felt so pressured to set up and break down that I couldn't even enjoy my own daughter's party. For the price you pay, the experience should feel enjoyable not rushed and overwhelming. The venue emphasizes that the play area is the main attraction and the party room is mainly for food and cake, but this setup can be frustrating if you're expecting time to decorate or fully celebrate in the space. There is also a required photo consent clause in their agreement that cannot be waived, which may be uncomfortable for families who value privacy. What made the experience more frustrating was that the party scheduled after mine never even showed up it was already 3:30 PM when we left so we were rushed for no reason. (Staff even felt bad) The space itself is nice, but flexibility, personalization, and overall enjoyment were lacking. If you book here, make sure you fully understand how rigid the policies are beforehand.

It is a no show zone but they have buckets to put your shoes in that you can keep with your party. I like this idea better than the lockers. I like that I can see my things. I loved the baby side, my 1 year old thought it was fun and the big kids side was a blast. It has obstacle courses and a next level soccer field (what?!) it was definitely a cool place to party. The service was good and the girls at the front desk were very pleasant. They have two massive slides that I recommend wearing leggings or swishy pants to go on for the epic side experience. They also have a dance room (not sure if they have bubbles) and games. The only thing they don't have here is trampolines, which I think would bring this place to the next level, for sure.
