After some clarifying communication on the price, Arthur was able to send his crew out the next day. The estimated project length was 1.5 days and that's exactly what it was. I was so pleased as soon as often the project goes far beyond the expected timeline. I liked that he provided a statement of work before with the price listed as well. My biggest pet peeve is unexpected pricing. The statement of work that was sent over gave me peace of mind with this. The work is quality and looking at my walls, you can't even tell they were like Swiss cheese :) I will be using Melana Solutions again when my next project comes up.

It took a month or so just to get him to come over. He didn't even come at the right time and got upset at me for going to work and not being home. Not only was he upset, but refused to fix the problem because he said it was my fault that it got scratched. It didn't get scratched. It peeled. He hung the phone up on me, and just took off refusing to offer a solution. Save yourself time and money and hire someone else who actually has some appreciation for paying customers and who can own up to a mistake if he makes one. Awful experience. Would never recommend.

The designer worked diligently to create a kitchen that was functional and matched our vision. The turnaround time was better than expected. The completion date was met and final finishes were completed with minimal disruption. We did encounter some minor hiccups but Larry and his team addressed them promptly until we were satisfied with the outcome. We are happy the issue was resolved before the big holidays. What stood out the most was this company's professional and courteous approach. Larry and his team are trustworthy and really care about their clients. If you're looking for a contractor for a big or small project, who is professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with, this is a solid choice. He handled concerns with care and ensured quality results in our kitchen and living room walls remodel.
