They immediately said yes but asked to see the tiles first. He took it to their shop and they managed to cut a few of them at a reasonable price. Having made this appointment a week in advance, and then telling us "he didn't have time" since they just added to his schedule, is in my opinion very poor customer service. Probably a poor reflection on their work as well. Not an accident, that the other 1 star reviews have to do with canceled estimates and poor scheduling. We decided to go with another company.

From start to finish they were fantastic in their communication and professionalism. The type and color of windows I wanted were back ordered but they were upfront and accurate on the timeframe for their arrival when I placed my order. Once they arrived they were able to schedule my install very soon. It took them a total of 2 days to complete the entire project, including paint and cleanup. Every person I dealt with, from sales, measurement, installation and clean-up, was professional, thorough and showed up on time. Based on this experience I'm already getting a quote for another project.
