I can't say enough great things about Vidal Construction. Vidal Construction is a professional,…read morecommunicative team that cared for us from the moment we reached out to them. Our roof was damaged in the last big storm of early winter 2023. The previous roof was only about five years old and did not last through the high winds we had, which were not bad to begin with. We had used a different company that we have since learned took many shortcuts, and that showed in their pricing. Our contact, Joey Vidal, worked within our budget and with our insurance quote while providing us with high-quality products that we needed without giving us options that we didn't need. Once we agreed on the work, we were quickly added to their schedule, and the team arrived on the scheduled day. They spent a few hours on prep, removing gutters and shutters, then arrived the next day and began work. They stayed late and almost completed the job in one day, but needed to come back the next morning, completing the job in less than two days. The entire time, Joey kept us up to date via phone calls and text messages and provided drone pictures of the roof. Everyone we worked with was courteous and respectful of our time. After the work was complete, Joey and his son returned to scout around the perimeter of the house to look for errant nails and leftover material that may have fallen and not been cleaned up. The final step was a complimentary pressure wash of our driveway. This was much appreciated since we are unable to do that right now due to water restrictions. Once the work was completed to our satisfaction, we were presented with the final bill, and Joey even stopped by to pick up the check so I didn't have to drive to the office or drop a large check in the mail. We appreciated the fine work and excellent communication with the Vidals, and we plan to use them for some future construction projects.

It's now 2 o'clock, they haven't shown up, returned my call, or responded to my email. Update: Heard from the company after 4pm. They tried to tell me that my appointment was on Monday. I'll add a screenshot of the appointment they missed to clear up any doubt. Then the rep showed up. Sat in his car for a couple hours, didn't inspect the roof, gave roof estimates higher than comparable competitor and then estimated 10k for the gutters on my 2,700 sq home. We questioned that and he lowered it to 7.2k. We have a gutter estimate for less than half that from another company. The kicker - the rep called and asked me to change this review after his departure. I told him I'd update it, so here we are.

William Robb immediately scheduled a time for us to meet. We did our walk through and he delivered the proposed estimate as promised before the end of the weekend. My husband and I decided to move forward with the project which entailed replacing damaged siding and trim, and replacing and repainting trim and fascia. Once I signed the contract, Will Robb texted and informed me that they would likely begin work the following week. As promised, the work was completed the following Tuesday. Will texted and provided updates and photos. The work was, once again, impeccably executed. For us, "M&M Roofing, Siding, and Windows" is now synonymous with stellar craftsmanship, professionalism, impeccable execution, close attention to detail, and a measurable predictable outcome. William Robb remains, for me and for my husband, the consummate professional and a person we can truly lean on with major projects. He has proven not once but twice that he is trustworthy. We look forward to future projects with M&M Roofing. We will choose them, hands down.
