They were the only company we could find that would do an overlay rather than a removal and replacement. The 2 inch overlay was less than half the cost of a complete replacement. Sal inspected the old driveway and determined that the foundation was structurally sound and an overlay was feasible. The driveway looks like new. We have had several downpours since and I can find no water pooling on the driveway anywhere - it is graded perfectly. They also handled the whole permitting process with the village for us. Their office staff was great to work with and kept me informed throughout the process. We can highly recommend this firm for your asphalting needs.

First I had about 20 emails with Lily , the project manager and conveniently one of the owner's wife who absolutely blew me off on 2 Saturdays when she told me they would come. Then Efren, the other owner, came by my house twice , once just to look and he then came back while it was raining so he could see where the water wasn't draining properly. I was encouraged that they would stand behind their work. However now Efren lied to me because no one ever came even though I waited all day. Then Efren blocked my number so I couldn't talk to him anymore. They justified the whole thing by saying that I was being unreasonable. I ended up paying a different company 270$ to seal coat my driveway. There are bird baths all over my new driveway and they never repaired the part where there machine did some minor damage. I am sorry that I ever got involved with them in the first place. Up to you !!!!!!

Their expert analysis is I have excess water due to seeing a dirty gutter and per the work order they sealed it properly and I should have done it again by now. I've had concrete done before. Neighbors on the street have had concrete w/ similar driveways and I've never seen similar deterioration. Additionally and of course it was out of warranty. 2. On the day of the concrete pour I was informed the original design for the porch wouldn't work bc of our slope which we discussed at nauseum bc I knew it was a concern but again they were clearly not qualified. 3. I had to stop them mid-brick work in the back because they knocked down the existing brick and started to rebuild it the exact same way. I had to re-explain the new design to the team. Additionally they didn't slant it correctly or allow for the water to drain into the grass so after big rains excess water builds and slowly drains through unless I get out there to push it out. 4. They thought the brick around the grill in the pic below was an acceptable finish. (My entire neighborhood can see my backyard due to the way it sits btw). I asked them to replace the dark bricks to make it uniform and were given cracked and chipped replacements. At least its one color now I guess. Overall super disappointing experience because, we did our driveway one summer, landscaping the next, and just had our siding redone this spring and now the driveway is embarrassing.

I'm very disappointed with my experience with this company. The price they quoted me was around $3,000, and I've included some pictures below. What concerns me most is the lack of trust I now have in their recommendations. I previously hired this company to do tuckpointing work for me. About three years later, I contacted them about touching up a few areas, and I was told the work was already in bad shape. When I reminded them that they were the ones who had performed the original work, the response was essentially, "Oh, we can just repair these couple of bricks. It's not a big deal." After that experience, and now being presented with what I believe is an unnecessarily expensive repair, I simply don't feel comfortable doing business with this company anymore. When you hire a company and spend good money on their work, you expect fair pricing, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, that's not the experience I had.

I initially contacted Delta Masonry back in June to help reinstall a brick facade on our front stoop and they worked up the estimate right away. They were quick to send a request for down payment and told us they were just a bit behind on scheduling, but that we'd hear from them shortly to get scheduled. We paid our down payment and waited... almost a month later, I called back to check in and was told they were still behind, but that I would receive a call the following week. No call. Waited a bit then called back again; same thing. 2 months later, I still had not received any attempt at contact. No updates, no information, nothing. I called back again and couldn't reach anyone. Left a vm saying they either needed to refund our downpayment or get us on the books. They didn't even have the courtesy of calling me back, I just get a text that says we'll be there Friday, please confirm. I confirm, they come & complete the work, and it looks good (I'll give them that). Their installer has a super colorful vocabulary, so be prepared if you have any Ring footage, or if you are having them complete work on a commercial job with clients around. I think the thing that frustrates me the most is that I waited over 2 months to be scheduled with no effort from the vendor, but I've since been contacted twice for final payment... they reach out when they want something from you, but don't seem to care when you need something from them. Owner shows up for the estimate and intial start of project the disappears . No oversight or supervision. He had his workers come back out 4 times for for regrouting and joint work. Their mixture of mortar was compromised at somepoint due to adding water after initial mixture got too dry. The end result was the joint work stated to Crack and flake away after 3 months . On the 3rd visit when I had complained about a stone that was inferior and I told them not to use oxidized from the iron content. When the workers come back out and scratched the surfaced, it appeared gray. They called me a f---ing scammer I was like wow! When I informed Filip the owner about it, his response was there's 2 sides to every story. What does they tell you about the business he runs? I paid $7,500 for shoddy, shifty half ass workmanship. My grandfather was a mason. He would be rolling in his grave if he saw the inferior workmanship. Avoid this Company!
