Technically, it was after 2 weeks so they went ahead and charged my card $209 for the monthly fee. I disputed the charge and they fought it. Why? Out of spite. The email I received from them stated that if I had "asked for a refund" they would've "considered it". Isn't that sweet? But because I disputed the charge they submitted paperwork showing the issue "No refunds". I sent a follow up email stating since me and her mom don't reside together there was a misunderstanding and I asked nicely they reconsider the refund and I apologized.... No reply! So the facts are I took my daughter for a 15 minute try out, never attended 1 class and was charged $209. That's my kind of family friendly business! Money hungry and spiteful. Find someplace else to take your children

The staff is always so helpful and attentive and kept the party running smoothly and on time, serving the pizza and cake. They also deliver the presents to your car and clean up the party room. But during the summer they have only been doing this on Fridays due to them hosting summer camps. The gym is a nice big open space with bouncy mats on the whole floor, a couple of trampolines, a foam but, inflatables, and more. My almost two year old loves it and I wish I found out about it sooner! Your first child is $10, second is $9, and every child after that is $8. All ages are welcome and kids 2 and under are free. You will need to sign a waiver for your kiddo your first time attending but only the one time. You can bring snacks as they have picnic tables outside of the gym off to the side where I assume they do birthday party events. It's a fun place and a great indoor alternative to this summer heat!

We were introduced to Ace by a Stay and Play last month and recently joined the Mommy and Me…read moreclasses. The Stay and Play are considerably less crowded when school is in session. When school is out and it is rainy (pretty much what I call Florida winter because it is almost impossible to play outside between the heat and the storms) it can get VERY crowded. If you have an uber hyper active toddler, dressing them in a super loud color can be helpful as keeping track of a neon little blur as they go nuts on the trampolines and pit is a lot easier then say...light pink for a girl. My daughters ADORE the stay and play and they always come home and take a 2 hour nap or more which means that this mommy adores them as well. So far we really like the Mommy and Me classes. I definitely prefer their classes over some of the other Mommy and Me type gym classes we have tried.

Not like it used to be…read more It used to be great but I think with the new owners, everything lots have changed and they just may be taking too many kids so the place is crazy packed. They ask for us to drop our kids off to limit the amount of people in the gym but my kids are 6 and 8 and that's not an option. With that comes, no seating, if you're disabled, it's just rough overall. The parking is just horrendous, there's never any accessible parking available due to illegal parking and the entire place just isn't accessible including the bathrooms and seating areas. My kids love it and it's super affordable but it's just getting harder and harder to go due to the inconveniences. I've heard great things if your kids are older and do competing gymnastics but just at a younger age, it's hectic.

I was looking forward to enrolling my girls in the school based on all the good reviews I had read. The heavier set woman in the front wasn't very nice at all! Not sure if she has a chip on her shoulder or if she just didn't like us. Not a great way to conduct business. My girls are taking six classes total at another nearby dance studio where the environment was much more welcoming!
