I am not a student, nor a performer at Cindy's Dance Studio. My family used to the facility for my cousin's high school graduation party. It is a gorgeous studio. It has been refurbished in such a glamorous way. It is very spacious. We used the 2nd floor facilities, which has a kitchen, a set of bathroom, a sitting area with plenty of comfortable furniture, a changing room & a dance floor. AMAZING! Cindy is such a kind woman. She walked us around the facility & answered all of our questions. She even gave us great advice. I got to meet her dog, which I thought was a statue-so cute & a sweetheart. I even got to watch some of her students rehearse for an upcoming show. They were perfect. read more

I am reviewing this dance studio after my family and I had a very bad experience. My daughters were attending for their first year at this place and they started out excited. But after a few classes things quickly turned. The owner got rude with my eldest daughter for wanting to come to me to get a bandaid for a cut that was bleeding. Even though I was standing right outside the room and the teacher and owner clearly saw me jester to my own daughter to come to me, the owner and teacher rudely told my daughter that she was not allowed to come to me. That was red flag number 1! Then we returned for class the following week and my youngest daughter came out of class crying, the owner and teacher screamed at her and then when I confronted them on the issue they said my daughter was rude. First of all if you have any issues with a 7 year old that issue should be spoken about to the parent not screaming at a child. Needless to say we never returned and I will never recommend this place to anyone for anything! The rudeness comes from the owner down to the teachers and at first you don't see it till you are actually there a few times. I also witnessed mistreatments of other people and their children. It might be a pretty building, but it houses a monster who takes things out on the kids. Be careful! read more

The owner of the studio is very rude!! My husband always takes my daughter to class and always complains about, how the owner and dance teacher talk to him!! They are always really rude!! I took my daughter for her ballet pictures and experienced the same rudeness from the owner myself!! My daughters recital was coming up, the mandatory practice was on a Thursday at 8 am!! Regular people have to work!! I called the owner to explain and received nothing but slick comments as we had to miss practice because my husband had to work last minute!! At this point my husband did not even want to bother explaining this to the owner and wanted to pull our daughter way before the recital, I did not listen (because I had not experienced the rudeness yet) I want nothing to do with this unprofessional dance stuido!! I will drive a few extra miles and pay $20 more for a better experience!! read more

Fantastic dance studio. As a lifelong dance student and now a mother of a young dancer I come from a place of knowledge on this topic. Between my daughter and I we have seen and attended multiple studios. Cindy's is wonderful. The studio is gorgeous, the instructors are talented and the atmosphere is like a huge family. So happy to have found it. I would not have my daughter go anywhere else. The recital was full of amazing routines with a great mix of current and traditional songs. Cindy, the owner, is adorable and truly respects the dancers and is given respect in turn. She is also an extremely gifted dancer. Send your young dancers here. You will not be disappointed. read more
