I was there on Thursday November 9 the, 2017 on my day off to get my brake line replaced. Sat in…read morethe parking lot for two hours before then pulled my car in his bay and waited another hour before Charlie even looked at it. Another customer came to see if his truck was done and told Charlie that the problem with his truck was not a necessity and that he could work on mine. Charlie continues playing around with this truck while I'm still sitting there patently waiting. He finally looks at my car after three hours of waiting and says he's going on vacation Monday and then tells me he's not going to fix it and tells me to just keep putting brake fluid it and to use my first and second gear when using my brake and sends me on my way. What kind of mechanic would do that to a woman with a broken brake line, and did he actually think I was gonna keep putting brake fluid in it, until he came back from vacation? He probably lied about the vacation and believe he had something against me, why? I haven't a clue. I never had this problem with Charlie in the past, so why now, because I work? He even had the nerve to ask me personal questions that were none of his business, before he declined to fix my car.

Of course I am biased, but my Dad was the best mechanic I knew. I remember him telling me that Bob was also a fantastic mechanic and was very knowledgeable. So since the time that my Dad passed, if I can't fix the problem myself I take it to Bob's. He does excellent work but I must admit the prices are little above the chain type places you can visit. He recently installed new brakes and rotors on my van. Actually it was 9 months ago. I know, "BAD'" Yelper. Anyway, I brought it to him in the morning and it was ready after lunch. The price was $250 of which seemed a bit high but I didn't shop around as I know the work he does is quality work. There may be cheaper out there but I prefer to go to a mechanic who I know and trust.
