After having my car for 2.5 days, they claimed the sounds couldn't be replicated, then charged me over $100 for a new gas cap and diagnostics that didn't lead to anything getting fixed. As I was pulling out of their lot, the pulley and brakes were squealing, and not only is that still happening a couple weeks later, but the CEL came back on with the same trouble code as before. I didn't even get to keep my old gas cap that apparently didn't need replaced. They threw it away without asking and charged me a $6 "waste disposal" fee. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you need repairs done.

He specifically told me that he was not going to honor the word of his team and that it was a "miscommunication" (despite the original deal receiving manager approval and has Kyle's name on it). He admitted to calling neighboring dealerships to compare prices after we made the deal on Saturday and today he settled on $5k over.
