My review of Cleanest Maids has repeatedly been removed, which says a lot about how criticism is handled here. My actual experience was already disappointing: dirty dishes were left behind, there were issues surrounding pricing, and when I brought my concerns to the owner, I felt dismissed rather than treated like a valued customer. Now the repeated removal of negative feedback makes the whole situation even more frustrating. Customers deserve to see the good and the bad before handing someone the keys to their home. If negative experiences keep disappearing, how are potential customers supposed to get an honest picture of the business? I'm sharing my experience so other customers can make their own informed decision.

The screen saver cracked and I "thought" I had the screen saver that has a life-time guarantee. I was in formed I had not registered it, using the QR code (no one mentioned I had to do this), so I was informed when I went to get a replacement. I could not get a new one without paying $100 for it. That did not sit well with me, as I had never been informed I had to register my "screen saver", for this guarantee to work. I went to Best Buy, bought a new life-time screen saver for $35.00 and had it installed. All I have to do to replace it if it should crack, is go into a Best Buy store, tell them the cell number it was automatically registered under, and I immediately get a new screen saver. No BS, no wasting time and no tricks to make more money from a customer. I do NOT recommend Verizon, and will soon change my service to someone else.
