Yee Law Group stood out during my research, and we are very happy we chose them for this project. At our first meeting with Michael Yee, it was obvious that he was an expert in this area of the law. He confidently answered all of our questions in ways that made his answers clear and understood. He gave us full confidence in every aspect of the professional relationship. Importantly, every communication with his staff was friendly and helpful, and it made us feel as though we were important clients of the firm. Our project is now complete, and it is easy for me to add my own 5-star review to all of the other 5-star reviews earned by Michael's law firm. He got everything squared away, let me know about the military discounts I qualified for, and just made the whole process easy. He actually took the time to help. As a single dad, I've got enough stuff on my plate already, so having someone make things easier really stood out to me. I left in a much better mood than when I walked in. If you need help, ask for Julius. He knows his job very well and takes care of people. It's not often that a veteran gets reminded that their service is appreciated, especially when they don't even mention it. Julius noticed the "Veteran" designation on my ID, thanked me for my service, and immediately started helping me get everything squared away.

I made an appointment same day on a Saturday for 4:45pm. I arrived at 4pm and was told that I can either check in and wait, but will be knocked off first in line on the list or stay on the list and come back at 4:45pm. I opted go run an errand and to come back at my appointment time as there were 2 family's that just walked in ahead of me and it looked like they were short staffed. When I came back at 4:44pm, I was greeted and checked in right away and told that they will call me when they are ready for me. Unfortunately, I still had to wait over 30 minutes, maybe 40 minutes before someone was able to help me. The guy who helped me (I believe his name was Matthew) was very cool and did a very thorough job of reviewing my account and making suggestions. I had already researched what I wanted, so I just needed to know if that was the best options for me. He was very knowledgeable of all the products. In the end, I achieved my goal of shaving off a few bucks per month on Internet and TV service (saving $60/month and got a free modem/router and TV box), so I am happy. Only thing I was not happy about was waiting an extra 30-40 minutes after my appointment time. At least they had a comfortable waiting area and free WiFi.

    This gets 1 star , instead of 0, because it looks like more than nothing was done in the home…read more Except, the fireplace ashes got taken out (not that I even cared about the ashes in the first place... :/ ) My home needed a *detailed* job. because I keep it so tidy and generally clean to begin with. A very very basic cleaning job was done... but it so incomplete that I couldn't even tell anyone had been there to clean- except that the toilet paper ends had been folded up in a hotel way / my child's bed was made. But even the dirty dishes and food my child had accumulated in her room was left in a pile on a chair in there. Window linings and exterior windows still are caked in dust, bugs, dirt ! That's the one thing I needed real help on, the one thing I specifically requested multiple times , in very clear details, to be done! And despite me specifically asking for detailed window cleaning included in the price of the clean... & being promised such. I paid this company THREE TIMES AS MUCH as much as I paid my usual cleaner. For this half-job on my new 3 bed 2 bath house in Fairfield, than what I paid for my 2 bed 1 bath place in South San Francisco. So , not much bigger place, living in a lower cost of living area, yet 3x the COST.. for worse job? I don't even know if the exorbitant flat price I paid included tip (or even decent pay) for those who cleaned my house. As a single mother of a developmentally delayed child working multiple jobs on a tight income , no time to deep clean things clean myself but busting my @$$ to keep it all together on my own... I feel grateful that someone else did something productive in this home other than me for once! But I'm also sad & irritated seeing my home is barely any cleaner than I left it for them, and, that I could've saved that money for things our family needs and done better on it myself. This is something I request from anyone working on my property to make sure both parties are covered in case of damage or injury. I work in property insurance, so this is a standard precaution I recommend to my own clients. I actually hired them in 2020 for a cleaning and it went fine, which is why I reached out again. This time, the company told me they had never been asked for a COI by a client before, and shortly after, they cancelled my appointment, saying they felt I was "setting them up." I was surprised by this reaction, as reputable service providers typically have liability insurance and can provide proof without issue. Because they refused to provide a COI and cancelled my booking, I cannot speak to the quality of their current work. However, I would caution other homeowners that if you want to ensure a vendor is insured, this may not be the right company for you.

    On the suggestion of a family member, we switched from ATT to Verizon (Vacaville store). Kayla was…read morevery helpful in setting things up, and we were both very happy with our new phones ... but the happiness ended there. I experienced problems logging into our account, getting an error message that the website did not recognize me. I spent over 1 hour with support, difficult to understand due to the heavy foreign accent. Eventually, we were able to access our account. When I attempted to log in later in the day, I encountered the same problem of their website not recognizing me, despite using the phone number. Out of absolute frustration, I drove to the Vacaville Verizon store on East Monte Vista. I checked in, and waited. A young man carrying a electronic clipboard came to me asking my name, and what the issue was. I explained the log-in issue, and my experience with Verizon support. He told me that there was NO ONE at their office who could help me. When I explained my frustration, and the fact I had been with Verizon support already, and that I was ready (after only one day of service) to go back to ATT, he merely just walked away. Frustrated by the obvious lack of caring, I left the store. We will visit ATT this week and undo our mistake of putting our trust into Verizon.
