For the price I was expecting a super clean car, and a professional and solo ride to the airport. The driver was late and blamed Starbucks. The car smelled horrendously of smoke and SURPRISE there were other people in the car when I went to sit in the back seat. I had no idea I would be ride sharing, the person that took my reservation did not share that only $20 more could have confirmed a solo ride and they did not disclose there would be other people. This treatment is unprofessional on multiple levels. The car was in poor condition and the driver told me we could not use the AC going up the grade so it was uncomfortably hot and an engine alarm (?) was going off during that time. The driver proceeded to eat sunflower seeds and throw the seeds out the window. I was afraid they'd smatter the guy in back and hit his face. In these times it doesn't seem safe to be spreading spit around with people a foot away. I appreciate the driver helping me with my luggage. Overall it's a no. They lost all my future business. I did express my concern to the driver he was late, and I did share that no one disclosed that there would be other riders or offer me the choice to pay $20 for a solo ride. The price was the same as my most amazing airport driver now. I will also call the operator as well.

We drove to Oxnard and the day we were to drive back to Vegas the entire dashboard on the vehicle goes black. You couldn't see the cameras , the gas , the radio , the AC NOTHIN . We called enterprise and were told to take the vehicle to ANY enterprise location and they would swap it out . We went to the Oxnard vta blvd location and got zero help ! That's a different review altogether. We then drove to this location . And after a brief discussion FRANKIE AND ADRIAN stepped in and without much delay swapped the vehicle for one on their lot and we were back on the road again! Frankie and Adrian are what customer service should look and feel like !

The 1-800 number did not give us an accurate estimate and to my surprise the amount was more than I expected. What changed my mind is my interaction with the lovely lady that helped us. I can't recall her name to save my life but I really want her to know her service was outstanding. So I will describe her, she is a tall Latina with Curley blonde hair with colored eyes. She was professional and very understanding of the situation. She explained what was not quoted correctly, what the charges were, and the reason for them. She worked with us and made an adjustment to the price to be fair to us given the circumstances. Upon return the 15 passenger van the following Monday there was another hiccup but this time it was my fault. I totally misunderstood their charging policy. I was under the impression that if I would turn it in by COB Monday I would not get charged the additional day. That was not the case and I am not going to lie, I was very frustrated. So why give a 5 star rating for service that wasn't flawless? Because just like the lady the Friday before, the gentleman at the counter put customer service and satisfaction first. He adjusted our price to reflect what I was expecting to pay. Nothing is ever perfect but working with a staff that understands customer service makes all the difference. Thank you so much for making my rental experience a positive one. We will definitely be renting from you again. We will just avoid the 800 number and go directly to your location LOL.

My husband wanted to extend to 4 days rental. They told me the cost $324. I said how could 1 day $68.5 and time 4 that comes to $324? That Dmitri told us the price appears on their computer like that, we take it or not, thats it. He said the price on different days, the rate would be different. I said fine, give me 1 min and i would go online to book the new booking right away with 4 days rental period then. And the price comes out still $274 as i said for total 4 days included tax and fee. That was what costco website said. And they still told us now the total would be $292. I asked why? The final price we got supposed to be the price we got confirmed that said included tax and fee. Dmitri talked to my face that "you guys always brought troubles, i had no choice that dont let you guys rent our cars, i must take u guy, so you want it or not, thats it". I was shocked. Firstly, who does he think he is that he could talk to customers like that? I have no right to ask why the price is different than what our confirmation said? Secondly, we came to give them business 2-3times per month. The "trouble" that he talked about, that 2 times in a while before, we booked online "full-sized car", and when we came, one time, they gave us the sport car and asked us must take it or have nothing for us. That was why i was mad and argued that was not the option that we chose. If they didnt have fullsize avai, they should put out of stock online and let us choose another location, not like pushing us take whatever they want. Another time, i booked 1 day before the day i picked up, i came and they said there were 21 booking before me, they didnt have car for me. How could i did not say anything? I have rented from Avis at the Oxnard airport for some time. Mainly because its convenient. The…read moreproblem I ALWAYS have is this. Whenever I rent I use my credit cards insurance which is completly acceptable. I have used this insurance for years. My siblings do too. The probelm is, I always get pushback. They always question me about it and give me a hard time. Which is, and they know it, fraudulent behavior. The funny thing is my siblings (who are white) never get pushback!! Just me. Last time I rented I even presented my policy paperwork. I still got pushback! "What, no policy number?" The attendant asked me. My sister-in-law was a manager at a car rental place for 10 years. She told me unfortunately they are taught to give brown and black people a hard time and to really push their insurance on them because they most likely will not know any better. I cannot tell you how annoying it is to have to deal with this every single time I rent. I will never buy the agencies scammy insurance and they really need to understand that people are not as dumb as they think.

I'm not sure how I found Debra and started working with her, But I think we entered our information…read moreon one of those ads on travel sites and her information came up because she was within our zip code. Anyway, our first point of contact with Debra was at the end of February/beginning March. I sent an inquiry about tropical honeymoon destinations.In the beginning Debra was nice, in the fact that she asked the all the right questions to provide accurate planning and research. We then went back a fourth on places and prices that best fit our honeymoon needs. We communicated solely via email, which can be a good and bad thing. Her emails were very generic, as if she copied and pasted information from travel sites because I started seeing the same information when I would do research on my end. The only difference between what I found and she sent was the price, sometimes the quotes she would send were higher than what was advertised on travel sites (ie: travelocity, cheapair, etc- weird?) I still gave her the benefit of the doubt. Also she'd send multiple emails after emails with minimal information instead of one mass email with all the information you need. You can imagine this became a nuisance. *note, I replied to every email she sent. We were interested in all-inclusive resorts and had a budget of $5k for everything. She started steering us to all-inclusive in the Caribbean and Bahamas, when these places weren't where we initially wanted to go, but she insisted that it was within our budget. After speaking to our family and friends who have gone to those areas, they warned us NOT to go during our scheduled date for the honeymoon which is beginning of August because it's clearly hurricane weather! When we expressed our concern about the bad weather to Debra, she stated that bad weather can happen anywhere at anytime and still pushed us to book where she was recommending. I should have saw this as the first red flag. Flash forward to present day, I receive an email from her with information from Turks and Caicos. We sent an email a couple weeks ago stating we're already booked our honeymoon so I was a little confused as to why I received another email about Turks. When I informed Debra that we have already booked (a second time) she was passive aggressively upset. Please refer to the screen shot picture of our conversation. This just goes to show her true colors since we didn't book with her. Nothing was promised that we would book with her, so her passiveness was very uncomfortable and if you decide to work with someone that pushes you to book somewhere you don't want to and gets mad if you don't work with her, feel free to contact Debra. All in all, we never committed to anything with Debra so I'm not sure where her passive aggressive is coming from. This seems all UNreasonable to me.

She helped us plan a trip for 19 people, on three islands with special accomodations since our grandmother uses a wheelchair. Come here if need to plan a tropical getaway.
