He was super responsive and quick to get me on the schedule. Upon arrival, the lady at the front was very friendly and welcoming. She got the paperwork out of the way quickly. Brennan came and sat in the lobby with me to sort out what design I wanted and was patient with me as I made a couple changes to it. Once we settled on the final design, we went back to his station. I got a small floral tattoo on the outside of my left wrist. I chose the forget me not flower as it is the state flower of Alaska and Alaska was my 50th state I visited in June. I wanted to get the tattoo IN Alaska but that did not work out. I am glad I waited until I was home because I am super satisfied. My tattoo did not take long and Brennan did a great job. My tattoo came out better than I was hoping for! The shop is clean, sanitary and has some funky décor throughout the place. This way my second tattoo here by different artists. I was happy with both. My husband has half his body done by Ray and I am sure will be back for more at some point! I highly recommend this shop and will totally be back for more in the future.

This is the 3rd time that I have gotten pierced by Brittany as she was previously at a Tattoo Dynasty and did the $25 Tuesdays there. At times I forgot I was getting a tattoo in till I looked over to respond to the conversation. I was even talking about another idea for a tattoo and he gave me the card of the artist that did the best job in the theme at the shop. Love to see people care more about the art then the work. Checking in was a breeze and Dan was very nice. We were both masked and sanitized hands when I came in after he let me in. I came in for jewelry but got so much knowledge that I've never gotten before and some amazing piercing care. The atmosphere in Fidelity is fantastic, plants everywhere and music is great. It's a neat little spot in Middle River. I enjoy knowing that their jewelry is North American sourced so it is quality. I learned things about jewelry and after care I'd never known and I've had one of my piercings for a decade now. I will definitely be back for more jewelry but also future piercings because of the vibe and the kindness shown while I was there. Knowing about the sterilization process is a big thing that they emphasize and it made me even comfortable being told what was happening every step of the way. I brought my friend for her second lobe piercing. First of all the place is adorable - it's women owned and the jewelry is designed by the owner - Ashley. The gold ones are pure gold which helps justify the $150 for one piece. The only piercer is now Sydney and she was lovely. I didn't get my ears pierced but my friend who did had a great experience. They are part of the Association of American Piercers. I believe it's $75 for the piercing which is higher than I expected but things have gotten so expensive with the pandemic. They do ask for a tip upon payment. They will map dots and get your placement right. They offer saline for sale. I had a great time helping my friend get her piercing. Honestly would buy plants here. They had a green Keurig and snacks. You need to make an appointment - no walk ins!

It truly looks like a biker patch and Jeremy could not be more delighted to carry his brother with him (ashes were mixed into the ink!). The shop is fairly spacious. Tony is a great artist and very good at keeping the conversation weird so you're not aware of the time passing as he creates a masterpiece. I kept waiting for him to say that we'd have to come back some other day to have it finished, but he powered through. That must be hell on his back, spending all that time bent over, or he's part machine. Either way, I appreciate that he did finish the tattoo in one day. We're already planning to return to the shop so that I can get my own tattoo for my birthday. It will be my second, and definitely not last. I can already tell it's gonna be great.
