Gail (now retired) was not good with customer service or her admin job. she was not very nice person when she had to help you. they did not monitor my therapy at all. Prices for supplies and equipment were very over priced. please go elsewear for your Cpap needs.

I am a big fan of the Shoppers Optimum card because the points can really add up to cash very quickly, especially when I keep my eye on makeup deals and purchase when they are promoted.

The pharmacists are SO rude! While waiting for my prescription I overheard some rude comments being…read moresaid about me. I was so embarrassed and when I built up the courage to call to speak to the manager I found out that the pharmacist I saw was actually the owner. That was enough to make me boycott this place forever. I love Shoppers, but I go to No Frills now because they're nice to me.
