There…read morewas no place in my review where I stated that I expected you to "drop everything" or to "risk everything" in order to complete the job. In fact, in my review I stated that all I asked for was the curtesy to let me know you'd decided you were no longer interested in the job. I left a voicemail, asking if you'd decided not to do it. It would not have required you to drop anything to take less than 30 seconds to reply to the text I had sent with the photos and say you were no longer interested. That would have demonstrated a level of professionalism and common courtesy that should be a cornerstone of your business. Instead, you decide to respond to this review three years later with a passive-aggressive reply that only serves to make you look incredibly unprofessional. No part of my review was unreasonable, and the resolution that I said I hoped for was completely fair. Sending a text message would not have endangered your life or your health, but it would have gone a long way to showing that you're a decent person who cares about doing right by people, even when you aren't going to take the job.

We were looking forward to not hearing noise from our neighbor next door in our kitchen. Once the insulation was put in the wall, we had to hire a painter to mud and paint the wall. All of this took about four days. We were then able to get back into our routine in the kitchen. The first day we did, we heard the noise from our neighbor. Needless to say, we were not happy at all. The insulation didn't even lessen the noise...it was at the same level. I immediately let the sales person know and he was somewhat surprised too, but didn't say much else. I also did a review on their website to let our feelings known. So, after forking out almost $3,500 (insulation and painting costs), we have nothing to show for it.
