I spoke with a lady named Courtney to see if they could set up 2 appointments (one for an HVAC issue and the other for a Plumbing issue). Courtney was so friendly, knowledgeable and overall made the entire process of scheduling seamless. Their communication was excellent every step of the way. The plumber, Gordon, came over with a trainee to work on our plumbing issue the next day. He explained what needed to be done clearly, professionally and kept me updated along the way. He always answered all my questions I had and never made me feel undervalued. It's so refreshing to work with a company that truly values transparency and keeps you informed. A couple days later the HVAC guys came over to install a bath fan. They showed up on time, respected my home, and made sure the job was done right. We worked with Jeremy from Legacy not too long ago. We had another plumbing company come in and we thought at that time that we had rain water leaking in after it rained and flooded our basement. After getting a second opinion from Jeremy, we found out that it was actually coming from our upstairs walk-in shower drain not being tightened enough when it was installed, so we were able to cut open the walls, dry out everything, and get the issue resolved.
