I though we might as well check out a company who literally has tuckpointing in there name- they must be the experts, right? After going through photos online we felt this was the company for the job and we sent an inquiry. Responses were fast and an appointment was made quickly. When they came to the house his mom was told that they could absolutely tackle the crack but that the brick porch was not a job they felt comfortable taking on due to too many bricks that needed replaced. This may sound like a bad thing- but we sincerely appreciated the honesty. Especially during this time of COVID-19, many businesses need our patronage more than ever. Having a company who knows what they do well and what is beyond a service that can be provided at a high quality level is a company we want to work with.
