I have never been yelled at for showing up early to an appointment anywhere or at any time. I went in about 1:10 for my 1:30 appointment and he told me to leave bc the sweet lady I was seeing was busy. He stated "can't you see she's busy, you come back"! He was literally yelling and everyone was looking at him then at me.... I wanted to look at Polish colors early so as not to take up extra time during my appointment. Also, when I was there the time prior to this he was being so rude & the atmosphere was very stressful. If you don't want to be rushed and treated like crap, Stay away from this place!

Lucas, the new manager has been completely inappropriate with several different customers as I sat there this evening 10/2. Not only was he questioning a customer about where she lived, what she did for Work, "when are your days off? When are your days off?" the lady did not want to give him any information and he kept pressing her! and then he was belittling her by telling her that he made more money than her and he works eight days a week. He also harassed a 14-year-old girl about payment BEFORE she even received a service! He asked her if she was awake when she came through the door!! And then he hovered around her station while she was getting her nails done and he would not leave her side!! Not okay!! He also made an inappropriate comment about a customer buying D R U G S from another nail tech/stylist after breaking a large bill + he was talking about money laundering while I was getting my pedicure! I've only gotten my nails done about 4 times throughout the short time i've been on this earth (18)…read moreand i've only been to one salon. I have always struggled with picking and biting my nails and the salon I went to would always point it out. I've started picking at them again and as a server I wouldn't want customers to be disgusted by my hands so I mentioned to a friend that I wanted to get my nails done. She recommended Love Nail & Spa. I wasn't really sure because i've never been to another salon and i'm afraid to try new things. Anyways, my friends nails were BEAUTIFUL! nice design and great price! well turns out another friend gets her nails done here as well and I was OBSESSED with them before I asked where she went. I ended up going this week and I am so glad I tried this new place. It wasn't busy at all (only 2 clients and maybe 2/3 employees from what I saw). The shop was very beautiful and simple. very clean and the music was nice. As a person who hardly gets their nails done, I didn't know what I was going to ask for. The male employee was very kind and patient with me! Even when I kept asking him to repeat himself a whole bunch! Honestly, this was the first time I got my nails done with no pain. The buffing part is painful to me but here, he was very gentle! buffed my nails instead of my skin His beautiful wife did the cateye part and I absolutely loved it! I left beyond happy! the next day the polish on my thumb started to lift and that was my fault because I worked the day before (10am - 7pm) of course washing my hands 20x was going to do something. I called and asked for the price to get my thumb repainted and she told me to just go in! I did exactly that! Me and the guy and a great laugh and I was out in less than 10 minutes! I'm sorry that this review is long but not only is the service great, the employees relationship with their customers is what really made me fall in love with this place. They knew customers by their name! I think I found my place!
