There front desk manager Stephanie was amazing very professional professional very courteous very cheerful very helpful. Our realtor Erica was on the spot with everything. Contracts paperwork are all sent to the correct emails very easy to follow read and understand no hitting terms And we were able to do E signing with those contracts. One last thing there was some damages with the property. We are going to do a walk-through with the staff, and if there is any damages to the property maintenance? Will fix it immediately. I highly recommend northern pass properties for anybody looking for a home or apartment to rent.

She really put in 200% (that's how I felt) instead of just 100% of her effort throughout the whole transaction. She was very approachable, always stayed in the loop. She even tried to help me to contact the utility companies when I encountered difficulty in securing the service. She did really go above and above her duties. I will highly recommend her to anyone who are looking for a quality, top-notched realtor. She will be my next go to one for the next house.

The house was so dirty, the cabinets are broke, they have flimsy dollar store blinds that are bent up, the carpets are stained all through the house, there is even feces embedded in one spot of the carpet. The vents with grime, dirt and dust were opened and lying on the carpet. I have literally been in this house for two days and it's a nightmare. We had an emergency on a Sunday and called the after hours. We didn't hear from anyone until Monday at 9 am. They have zero pride in their properties. Almost $2000 a month for a slum dwelling

Kim Kelly, Julie Hicks and Danielle Kokinda provided excellent and friendly customer service. Most of the time, I communicated with Kim Kelly via text. She always responded quickly and answered all of my questions. If she was not available, Danielle Kokinda responded. I only had to make 2 repair requests for the toilet, and both times the requests were answered and resolved promptly. Thank you, ladies, for your friendly customer service and professionalism. As far as the company, I only gave it 3 stars, because they hold the tenants responsible for maintenance and upkeep for the property, such as winterizing and summarizing the rental property. Therefore, if you rent a home from, We Rent Homes, be prepared to add another $250.00 to $300.00 yearly to the rent, which is approximately what it would cost to do this maintenance. Also, I was having a home built in El Paso, and it was not going to be completed by August 31st, which is when my lease would end. According to the lease agreement and what I was told, I would be able to rent month to month after the lease ended, however when I asked to extend for another month, I was told that they are no longer honoring the month-to-month extension. They did offer a one-month extension for double the rent which would have been $2,590. 00 for the month of September. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income, and I could not afford that rent hike therefore, I had to find a home as quickly as possible. I cancelled the purchase of the home in El Paso and ended up purchasing a home in Las Cruces. (Which is where I wanted to live originally) The good thing about We Rent Homes is that they allow pets with a pet deposit. They did refund me all of my deposit, including the pet deposit, so I am very grateful for that. The rental property was in a very nice and quiet area. Thank you.

    I chose them to manage my investment property. They were fairly prompt on setting everything up and…read moregot tenants in there fairly quick. They are one of the few companies with a bunch of certs. And that's where it stops. In the advertising, they barely listed it anywhere and only used 1-2 pictures even after I sent additional images. No professional photos were taken. There was a disagreement between us because I wanted to allow dogs and they did not. They were late sending the online sign up instructions, signed lease, and rent increase notification. There was no maintenance or inspections completed during two years. When the year lease was about to end, the company stopped responding to my communications until I sent them a contract termination notification. At the end of the lease/when the tenants moved out/as I'm changing companies, there was duplicate paid maint (2x visit for same issue) and HVAC yearly check. For owners, look at the fees! They are ridiculous and you can't do anything without paying a ton of money. Also, if you live out of state and expect good communication, keep looking.

Leaking water in laundry room,no fix. Water come out of the wall in the backyard,no fix. Tree too high very close to electric pole and wire and the roof of the house (sent pictures) no fix I have to call people come to cut it down for my family safety. Toilet seat , the wood is too old and the surface cut my daughter butt ,it bleeds blood,no fix and I have to buy new one. Now about 2 more months to end my lease ,water leaking by the sidewalk by the meter and I don't even know , I call Rental Network at 4 pm(cause I received the note from the water of elpso said that the water use is more then usual) they call their who ever and they said can't come untill tomorrow and the water is shut off by the city cause it flooding the street. I ask Rental Network to call 24h service but they ver did and don't even care about you don't have any water at the time , imagine how you can get shower dishes, restrooms.....(not fix after 24h) it makes worse!!!!! NOW YOU UNDERSTAND WHY THEY GOT 1 STAR REVIEWS. I feel sorry for the HOME OWNERS that trusted RENTAL NETWORK BUT Rental Network did not cares about their properties. ( water leaking under the sink is damaging the cabinets, water leaking in the laundry room damaged the wall and structure and mole .... tree is close to electric pole eazy caught fire tree high hitting the roof is roof damage.....and guest what RENTAL NETWORK don't care.... they sit there bullshit and get pay it not their house and they don't live there see the picture... I have proof of email and pictures, but still Renters and Home Owners are the one get hurts and deal with it.
