I have complained so many times on this supposed technician who is only good at herrasing the tenants at Copper Commons apartments and no one holds him accountable for anything. The City Inspector found mold in apt and they have yet to fix anything or notify any tenants of this. They only paint over the mold and rent the apartments again. I have also been left without hot water for six days. Do not move into any of their apt properties as they don't care about the tenants only about covering up gross looking mold/ I have spoken many times to their supposed District Manager Valerie and she only hung up on me.

When we tried to get a time on when our hot water would be back on when they had trouble fixing it they replied: "it will be back on when it's back on." My wife has the text message to prove it. Not only that, they lied in an email that they sent on September 19, 2019, about city ordinance being responsible for the removal of grills from the walkways. When I pointed it out by referencing paragraph 3, line 3 of the ordinance stating storage would be permitted, I was met with disdain and told: "she was in a meeting and would have a supervisor call me back." The next day around 10:45 am I called the office was interrupted before I could finish speaking told "we already have everything we need from you" by a woman named Monique Chavez. I then asked why she took what I was saying personally since she was yelling at me and if she wrote the email herself to which she replied "I don't want to argue with you..." and "I will be forced to hang up on you..." At this point, I became quite livid as anyone would be and my response was "I will report you for doing so if you do" to which she replied "EXCUSE ME?!" at the top of her lungs. I tried to explain why I would do so as she hung up on me. Later, around 11:30 am, I received a call from Janette Allan. As soon as she got on the phone, she was talking to me with a loud voice yelling about me. I explained how I was lied to in the email about the ordinance being the reason for the removal of the grills and how I was treated over the phone by both Amanda V. Younger and Monique Chavez. She did apologize for the response I got from Monique though then afterward began to tell me why it was a policy to remove the grills as if THAT was the issue and not the fact I was lied to and mistreated. Then she said: "This wasn't something, Mr. Diaz, that wasn't just sent to you that was personal or or was directed to you..." as if I was making it not only about the rules but also a personal attack which none of that was what I was discussing. It was at that point I became frustrated as I began to see she was trying to make this about something else as if I was erratic in my behavior. Again, my only issue was the lying and mistreatment of management. I had no issue with the rules or policy. At this point, I did lose my composure a bit and began interrupting her. I had to reiterate that and even told her about the phone call I had with Amanda the day I received the email asking her about whether this was management's decision or whether it was the city. I told her she said it was the city, lying to me over the phone which I then confirmed from the ordinance itself. And I even let her know that I had no problem with the removal of the grill. I just took issue with the lie I was told to do so and with the mistreatment by management when I pointed it out. I let her know that I felt that these issues coming from management were enough to feel like we should be released from our lease. Then she said: "I can't release you from your contract because, ya know, you don't agree with the the property policies and rules..." At which point I became furious because she knows very well it was about being lied to and mistreated. So then, I interrupted her stating:"that's not that's not why I want to be released from my contract. I said I want to be released from my contract for being lied to." To which she replied: "ok, well, we didn't lie to you. I understand that you're now I'm gonna tell you something we are they are working the city ordinance is working on changing and it is because of the most recent fires and what's taken place and because it was due to um you know grill it was grill related and some of the there's been a lot more than what's actually gone on in use and um they are working on changing that and it is something that in the midst um I know it's not now but it is in the midst um again you know um it wasn't I don't think they meant to lie to you it's it's very much the company um property policy you signed it when you moved in it's a part of your contract..." At which point, I interrupted her saying it wasn't the fact it was policy, it was the fact that I was lied to and mistreated. I had to keep letting her know this since she kept "misunderstanding" that it was about policy when it was not. I have never been verbally assaulted and mistreated so badly in my life! I have suffered a lot of psychological damage, to say the least, from this experience. I don't feel comfortable living here anymore and even feel bullied daily by these people since they have no recourse of action up the chain of command. I don't ever want to rent from this company ever again and I hope justice will be done in the end in this matter.

They seem to have a personal vendetta against them and it shows. When it comes to work orders be prepared to be left hanging until they find some barely competent people to bandaid the issue. I will say the only nice person who seems to get things in order is Sergio who I assume is the manager in maintenance. We had an issue where the ac went out after David (a handyman they contracted) broke a piece that goes to ac unit during a maintenance call. He didn't come back to fix it and I had to keep calling the office to send someone out. The house reached 90 degrees and I had a newborn baby in house. After the third day, I called a ac company to fix the ac unit. It cost me almost $500 and when I tried to get reimbursed by ARP, they said they wouldn't based off me not asking for permission to have someone fix the unit even though they were aware of the issue. I had to go back and forth with them for almost two weeks just to get a response and reimbursement. The lack of urgency and concern for their tenants was nowhere to be found. They are quick to take your money and take their sweet time to give your deposit back even then they will find some reason not give you the full amount back. If you rent with this company, good luck man.

I'm an out of state homeowner in El Paso and was searching for a local realtor to help me sell my house which was in utter disarray. I contacted several realtors and of that only 2 responded. Jessica and one other. The other "Ran" away after I advised o wanted to sell "as is", not enough commission I'm guessing. When Jessica contacted me and saw the home, I have to admit I thought she was going to run as well. However, I was totally wrong!! She explained her strategy and ideas and she started working her magic. During the process I took notice of the outstanding qualities she brings to her clients. She is ethical, aggressive when she needs to be, communicates regarding the processes and reps as they occur, good and not so good. Plus periodically her assistant Valeria would take her place in order that communication was steadily and consistently flowing. An issue arose with a potential buyer and Jessica really showed her client customer service by protecting my interests. Needless to say, I took time to offer details of my experience with Realtor Jessica Ortiz because sometimes good reputable services are difficult to find. So with that said, if you're selling or buying a home in the El Paso area, if you contract with Jessica Ortiz and her assistant Valeria Uribe, your interests, wishes, and real estate needs will absolutely be a top priority for these 2 professionals!!
