Christy, the CEO, is a Top 5% Realtor in El Paso and frequently in the state. She's licensed in both Texas and New Mexico. Mariana, another realtor, is born and raised here in the borderlands and knows this place inside and out - with deep roots both in El Paso and Juarez Mexico (se habla espanol) My wife and I were finally set to buy our first home ever - and Christy made that happen! From start to finish she was there for us every step of the way, as was the entire team of Transaction Coordinators working on her behalf. We were never left unsupervised or left "holding the bag" during our first ever home buying experience. We were able to buy a brand new build in an exclusive luxury community, and Christy made sure we had the right lender, with the right APR, with the right incentives ($8k cash from builder), with the right inspections / follow ups and even made them through in a garage door opener! All of that + we brought $0 cash-to-close. How? Christy made sure we were checking the right blocks and working with the right folks. In the last 2.5 years Christy has sold over 125 homes just here in the borderland. The average agent sells 12 per year - Christy is at 25 as July 2024 closes out. She is the spouse of a Military Officer, and she specializes in Military Families and Military Moves. After all, as a Military Officers wife and mother of several, she knows a thing or two from buying, selling, and moving when it comes to the military. She has a huge network that is truly international. She often handles buyers that are overseas and does everything, even the blue tape inspection s for them so they can PCS (move) without the hassle of not having a home. And when it is time to PCS again - whether you choose to rent it out, or sell, literally nobody in the FT BLISS community is going to make it happen for you faster or better than Christy or Mariana at Mission First. After all, closing your transaction (successfully), is their mission. Taking care of you and offering a level a personal responsibility and care that only a fellow Army Spouse understands is their mission. Making you equally a friend as well as a client is their mission. And, it's always "Mission First" And with a team that knows the struggles of moving / buying / selling etc., as they aren't just the presidents, but also clients (lol), you won't find anyone in town that offers better value from compensation rates to just being able to move your property when no one else can.

Four words: GREATEST OF ALL TIME!!!!…read more This company made our first house purchase experience almost effortless and very assuring! My husband and I had zero idea what we were doing and our realtor, Christy Amsden was with us every step of the way! We specifically wanted to purchase a house in the new community Campo Del Sol in the Northeast and she made sure to answer our text messages and call almost anytime of the day. The woman was even out on a personal vacation and did not hesitate to answer us! Although we apologized for interrupting her vacation, she insisted that it was more than ok still and put any doubts at ease. How incredible service! Christy also made sure that we purchased the best house option for all our needs that also met long term needs that we would want to anticipate. Being in a military town, she advised the best house value for our price point and one that would fit the needs of future military families. She has an excellent understanding of how the turn around rates go for either future buyers or renters. She also made sure she assisted us with our financial representatives to ensure my husband's Disabled Veteran benefits were applied to set up our finances as good as it can be. Highly recommend this company for any and all house buyers or renters! They will not mislead you!

And before we met, I found the house I wanted just from the online info. It was New Year's Eve and she went to bat to get all the paperwork done that day. She found out someone else was making an offer on the house so she helped me with the offer details to ensure I'd be the winner. She's very responsive to random questions, important or trivial. One of the seller's requirements was a 30-day close. I didn't anticipate a problem because I was already pre-qualified by the mortgage company that I'd used before. Turns out they are so under-staffed they said they'd not be able to do anything in 30 days. Yvonne had a referral at hand - Cheryl Montenegro at Finance Home America - who made the deadline without any problem (or at least for me). Yvonne is also great on referrals for service suppliers. I'm fairly new in El Paso so her experienced advice is very useful.
