(which is also CLEAR violation of contract) How unethical and unprofessional is that?! If you want your property to handled by professional and ethical business person or company, find somewhere else! Find at least who honor the contract that you signed. BUYER BEWARE. Just got thru putting a new roof on because of design flaws in drainage, and fixing a…read morebroken water line because the cheapest materials that could have been used were used. They were also used improperly. Last month got a new garage door because it was close to falling off the wall. It had to be completely reframed because the original was not put in correctly and the door fell off the tracks. We were just lucky it didn't fall on one of our vehicles. Still haven't resolved the hot water cutting out in the guest bathroom. There are a million cracks in the stucco because they used the cheapest they could. Of course, the builder warranty was expired even though it's only been 5 years. This kind of crap shouldn't be happening already. Also, be sure to measure your vehicles because trucks DO NOT FIT IN THE GARAGE and the covenants do not allow carports. Two vehicle doesn't mean any vehicle. That was a hard lesson that I consider deceptive trade. I would run in the opposite direction if I ever saw a home had been built by Winton. NEVER AGAIN!

Our first mistake was not getting what Daniel promised in writing. At signing Daniel was more concerned about his disbursement than the fact that he forgot to tell us we needed cashier checks for the down payment and home warranty. After we asked him as to why he didn't tell us about the cashiers checks he replied " I'm sorry bro I thought that was the banks job" then quickly turned around and asked the title people when they were going to release his commission. We thought that was very unprofessional but I what do you expect from a realtor who has no morals. In the end we wound up calling the realtor who was selling the house for assistance on the final details.

And before we met, I found the house I wanted just from the online info. It was New Year's Eve and she went to bat to get all the paperwork done that day. She found out someone else was making an offer on the house so she helped me with the offer details to ensure I'd be the winner. She's very responsive to random questions, important or trivial. One of the seller's requirements was a 30-day close. I didn't anticipate a problem because I was already pre-qualified by the mortgage company that I'd used before. Turns out they are so under-staffed they said they'd not be able to do anything in 30 days. Yvonne had a referral at hand - Cheryl Montenegro at Finance Home America - who made the deadline without any problem (or at least for me). Yvonne is also great on referrals for service suppliers. I'm fairly new in El Paso so her experienced advice is very useful.
