They told me I was a patient of another one of their providers and I told them that provider is not covered under my insurance, so my insurance set me up with the other provider. I as told that is not likely since they are all one group. I told the staff member that I've tried 3 times to make an appointment and contacted the insurance each time. The staff member told me in that case I would have to wait till after the first of the year for an appointment because I would be considered a new patient. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

I'm always able to get my family in on the same day if they are open. The doctors always spend a good amount of time with us and I always leave feeling my questions were answered. They are also not apprehensive to send you to specialty clinics which is very refreshing. The staff is always very friendly and the facility is always extremely clean which is important at a doctors office. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a family clinic.

this is for you, Julie Chevillet. you dismissed me immediately. you called me dumb, you told me i…read moreneeded to start using my brain instead of my muscles (whatever that means.) you sat and stared at me, emotionless, while i sobbed. and i was not sobbing in that moment because of pain. i was sobbing because i was facing another doctor (and a fellow woman at that) who was dismissing and belittling me and my pain. you told me that i must not be in too much pain if i did not scream when you touched my leg. you told me that my limp was fake. you didn't even look at my imaging nor the MRI diagnostics because you didn't believe it was accurate. (interesting opinion if you refused to even look for yourself.) you told me to go to therapy to deal with the emotional struggle of being in pain. your appointment summary completely glossed over and left out everything i actually told you. i left your office a sobbing wreck and limped to my car. a few months later i got approved to get my hip replaced at UW medical center. they told me that i had maybe a year left with my original hip and that would only be possible with injections. they told me that it was evident just from a QUICK glance at my imaging that i was in excruciating pain. so, Julie Chevillet, i want you to know that you are incompetent, and you have no business practicing medicine. i hope you see this. i hope no one else ever has to feel small and powerless because of you. i was in such agony that i was having a hard time contemplating living much longer. as a doctor, you have no business telling people when they are/ aren't in pain. i have spoken to several people who have dealt with you either as your patient or as someone who has had to work for you and i know that i am not the only person who has been mistreated by you. trios, do better. julie, do better.

Arrived to ER via ambulance after being seen at a urgent care. Put in wheelchair out in waiting…read moreroom telling me it wouldn't be long. I had very low oxygen levels that seemed to concern everyone else reading them. But evidently not the trios er dept. after waiting two hours I was struggling just to breathe. So we left and went to Lourdes in Pasco. I was seen right away as they were very alarmed by my oxygen levels. I was admitted and have been treated and cared for so well. I give Lourdes a 10 but trios a 0. I'll never go back into that place, unless I need to fight billing which after reading reviews may be a high probability. Lourdes may not be new and shiny, but it's the care the counts not the building. I'm curious to know how many of these bad reviews have Medicare.

Doing so... qualified for ProviderOne, which I had for about 30 days. Medicare auto enrolled me in Part D and cancelled ProviderOne. tRumps Big Bad Bill resulted in Washington State loosing $160 Million in funding. Resulting in 80,000 Washingtonians loosing medical insurance. It is not Miramars fault that they did not get paid for services rendered. Miramar has reduced cost to me... and thanks to them for that. The real nasty part of this crap... LabCorp charging me $2845 in unpaid labs.

He had great bedside manner and was even able to get a follow up appointment at the clinic that previously told us they were booked through the next few weeks. Overall he was thorough and friendly.
