It's refreshing to find a place where you're treated like a person, not just another appointment. Highly recommend!

Not good. Therapist was bossy with poor communication skills. Draping was poor as I felt I was exposed to whole facility.

Not because she ever told me to, but because she just opened the portal for me in a silent and neutral way, and when I was ready I placed a hand inside, and then eventually an arm, and gradually my whole body and self, when I was ready. I was called to have a session with Erin this month to address something that is quite sensitive in nature. Something I have worked with other coaches and a therapist on and tried many other approaches. As I shared with her, it is the only thing in life that I fear I cannot overcome. There was another issue that I considered bringing up as it may be related, but it is very deeply buried in shame and pain and I decided prior to the session not to bring it up. During our session, without me saying anything, Erin brought up the exact topic that I was hiding, almost in identical words. She brought it up in a neutral way that felt effortless. She had just had a conversation with a friend of hers about the very topic that I had decided to keep buried. I know that Spirit was working through her again to open the door for me to step into healing. So I shared my own deeply buried feelings with her. The way Erin addresses emotions, even the most difficult ones, from a place of neutrality and observation is absolutely revolutionary for anyone who is dealing with shame or addiction. I believe her own journey is exactly what has gifted her with this skill. Thank you Erin, for everything you have gone through in your own life in order to be able to offer this level of healing to the world. I see it as a true sacrifice that your soul made in order to help others. Your gifts are truly Divine and magical.

She is a very talented Tarot reader and can recommend and work with an individual on tailored personalized packages, focused on own's own goals and desires. The Akashic Records workshop was very insightful and moving. I am looking forward to the full weekend program which includes certification to practice on others. Erin is truly a conduit to the fast track path to ones' own self-understanding, advocacy and healing. This is alternative holistic treatment I have been looking for and met with her in a very serendipitous way-as it should be! She fosters the healer within us all, so we can be our own self advocates and healers, graciously removing and teaching how to remove blocks to growth, acceptance and ultimately, the happiness and potential which is contained within us all. Erin, in a very grounded and informative and fun way, leads the individual to one's internal knowing and power. She is like a key that unlocks your own potential to your truest, highest Self.

Red Flags all the way! Yeah, just NO with this place.. Stephanie K. at Thrive On Counseling is so…read moreunprofessional !! Negative -5 Stars After waiting on a waiting list since January 2025 they contacted in March 2025 to see my availability for today 3/19 at specifically 1pm. I return their email on 3/6 saying I was available today for 3/19 1pm. Last week I start getting notifications of all of their E- Form information and paperwork to fill out before coming in. So I filled those all out over the weekend .. (which is some really private information btw) before my appointment today. Except the cc one bc it was going through insurance. I arrive 12:50pm. From the outside door, the inside office door to the lobby is clearly open to the waiting lobby. I see the sign on the wall just before to ring the electronic bell and take a seat she will come out when she's ready. So I do that.. 1push and took a seat. I noticed at this point nobody else was there not even a receptionist at the front desk.. Clock ticks to 1:15 after still nothing.. It takes about 30 minutes total for her to come out from the time I arrive. She comes out from one of the back rooms from down the hallway.. But continues straight over directly partially behind the wall by the bathroom -seen in the pic. (see pic #3 right side right before the restroom) So behind a wall mind you... to grab a folder off the wall and communicate with a wall there. At this point she claims she said, *which was more of an head down mumbling from her.. Are you waiting for Dave? Well, it sounded like she said, Are You Ready Today? ...Like are your ready for this? My reply was yes because I was ready ..Today. She then proceeds to go to the back rooms again ..but there's no indication to follow her. I'm thinking hm ok, well.. maybe she needs to prep my file before actually coming out to get me from the waiting room. So then, it's about 10 mins now till 2pm almost a full hour of the specific time and day they specifically asked me to specify to them that I was indeed available at that time and date. Now this old gentleman comes in the business and says, Oh did you ring the bell? I say yes a couple 2x. Once when I got there at 12:50.. and once at 1:30pm. She came out at like 30m after I got there ..mumbles about Today, Dave, Day, whatever.. from clear across the room with her head down and went back down the hall to her office. So explaining to him I let some time tick away.. l then got up and rang the electric bell 1more time with 1push again- total of twice. He replies well, she probably knows you're here then.. Meanwhile, in the middle of all that I gave them a phone call. That went to voicemail mail- no receptionist or anybody working in the front desk. I did leave it saying like , hi, I'm in the lobby rn trying to see about my appointment I'm supposed to have at 1pm today? But nobody has been out here or helpful? Wondering what's going on with this? The older man that didn't really know what to do so he took off down the hallway to his own office. My last email message I sent Thrive On Counseling was to confirm yes I WAS indeed available Today on the 19th at 1 PM --which is a very specific day and time for them to see if I'm indeed available don't yah think? I confirmed and did that 3weeks prior.. They also sent me the E-Forms to complete last week ..and now I'm just sitting out here in the lobby for an hour since it was a very specific request on the day and time. The real kicker at this point as she has to come out of the back rooms again to the lobby again to use the restroom. Which is directly 5feet out facing the waiting room which is now 2PM. As she's totally ignoring me this time. She basically tries to proceed through the restroom doorway when I say.., Umm ..hi I've been waiting for my appointment today?? It was supposed to start at 1pm? She immediately gets super snappy and says that was never confirmed!!! At which point I say Wow.. ok, you know what.. I'm not gonna come here at all.. She continues her full on snappy attitude and says Fine!!!Then tries to shut the bathroom door before I can say anything else.. like ie how unprofessional that really is.. She was very clearly exhibiting a powder keg toxic behavioral mentality response towards someone that she doesn't even know yet.. A person that took the step in their life to seek help, counseling, seeking her professional advice, services, support, and you're the person going to be my therapist? Ohhhh Helllll Nooo!!!! So ..I just stood up and walked out the front door. ..Gladly, with that ridiculous unprofessional attitude and full on snarky demeanor. I would never go back to Thrive On Counseling or Stephanie K for anything this place is pure garbage. Never recommending her services or Thrive On Counseling in Richland ever to anyone as her behavior as a professional is ridiculous. SMH

So this is a very mixed review- because each staff member provides a very different quality of…read moreservice. Positives: My therapist alone is the reason I'm giving a 5 star review. She was absolutely amazing and changed my life in SO many ways. Upon starting at Comprehensive, I had done an intake do to the kindness provided by them before even starting services. During a rough time, I came in contact with someone working their crisis line who was BEYOND kind- but I was resistant to starting mental health services. This individual followed up with me daily to see if I was okay and nicely encourage me to join services due to what she anticipated for my diagnosis. Upon starting services, I received her as a therapist and it was lovely. She eventually left the company, and so did my next therapist. But my next/last therapist was absolutely amazing. Their DBT program is amazing. Negative: 1. One of their therapists that also does on call work as a crisis responder (name starting with a D), is terrible. He understands nothing about mental health and is very belittling. He takes a crisis and escalates it to a higher level crisis. He seemed to believe that the only crisis a college student could go through is a breakup or a bad test grade. He contacted parents with personal mental health information (as someone who's not a minor and never consented to that). If you report that you used no illegal dr*gs but then say you use cannabis (legally) he will mark on your chart that you're not a trustworthy/good-in-faith reporter and that you're not someone to be trusted to report about your own health background. This makes treatment more difficult when all your providers see that on your chart without any context as to why it's put in there. 2. The person who does medication management at this location is very sweet, but overworked. She consistently cancels appointments due to being over scheduled and has to schedule appointments really far out. I recommend med management somewhere else unless you want to be on the initial starting dose of your meds for months without a follow up/increase. This is not her fault by any means. They need to hire a second med management person.

Initially I had recommended my family go here for behavioral health support. Unfortunately…read moreyesterday's telephone call made me rethink my decision to refer my family. I am aware of no show policies as I too work as a mental health provider, however if a provider says they have an appointment then they need to be on the call for that appointment or inform their patient if they cannot make the appointment. I was made aware there were a few no shows for various reasons on the part of the patient however when my sibling called to follow up the receptionist who I believe is named Francis she told my sibling her therapist "she closed the case and does not want to work with you anymore." The comment made is extremely unprofessional, unkind, and unethical for a number of reasons. Also, when asked if my sibling could be re-assigned to another provider I was informed she couldn't. I asked if this was apart of their policy and Francis told me "No, they just don't want to see her." People seek BH/MH support to be supported, not to be spoken to in a disrespectful manner. If you are choosing to work their be supportive and helpful, not rude. Also, when making decisions don't base it off of your own opinion base it off of policy. If providers and staff are choosing to work here educate yourself, be mindful and sensitive to the population of people you are serving. Lastly, don't give authorization numbers while on the phone with someone, this is unprofessional. I hope no one else has been treated in this manner. Do better Emmaus.
