I started PT at Peak Performance in October for deteriorating knees basically. I will be needing knee replacement on both knees, but need to be able to work and live life until that time comes, and I will need them again after the replacements. I can't say enough about how they have shown personal interest in helping me reach achievable goals. And while they have challenged me physically, there were no exercises that were out of my ability. Each and every appointment I was asked how my last therapy session was, and how I was doing between therapy sessions. It's not just a show up and do some exercises and leave. They are taking the time to personally cater to my specific needs, and overall health. I worked with all of the therapists, but still felt that each one was engaged and understood what my specific needs were. They took the time to read previous notes, and understand where I was in my course of treatment. I have not always experienced that in other forms of medical treatment. And the office staff was always cheerful, and very helpful in navigating insurance issues. I wholeheartedly recommend Peak Performance for any physical therapy needs. read more
