All of the staff are very friendly and encouraging, and I really look forward to my sessions. My third visit that same tech gave me a one sentence directive for each station and left and it ended up creating pain. i have never had PT where I was not working with a PT. Why would I do that? A waste of time and money.

I have only received 1 invoice, I have requested via email and by telephone, but have yet to receive one. When I attempted to call on multiple occasions, you are put on an immediate hold for anywhere from 10-30 minutes. After multiple attempts, I did get through, the woman explained my bill had gone up since the last bill, for a service that had not been billed yet. I did explain I emailed and did not receive a response, but I had not received any updated invoices with new charges or my payments. She indicated she would start sending. I received services in 2024 and have yet to receive another invoice. I have made a couple additional payments, but again I am not receiving an invoice to see that they are being applied, etc. I have again sent several emails and attempted to call and be on hold, but did not receive responses, until today I was called by a collection agency! I contacted the Better Business Bureau and am finally contacted by Upstream Rehabilitation to state that I made a verbal agreement to pay. I said I did not make a verbal agreement, what I stated was I would make payments as I received invoices. I believe I have the right to know what charges were applied, what insurance has covered and how my payments are applied to account. If you go to Upstream Rehabilitation you will see most reviews are the same as mine. This feels like a scam to send to collections by not answering emails or calls or providing invoices reflecting payments, balances or what was billed through and accepted by insurance. BE AWARE if you receive services as Oasis, you will be billed through Upstream Rehabilitation. I went here for several visits and the rigmarole of getting my back back in order. The facility is gym-like and there were several staff partnered up with people with various ailments. My Phys Therapist was mainly Keyna and she just started work here from a different Swift Rehabilitation office. She diagnosed my back situation, and then ran me through some exercises to get me back in shape. The exercises weren't too tough (mainly core exercises to re-build the area around my troublesome lower back). The best best thing about my visits was the robot which gave me electric massages at the end of each session. This thing used heat and electric shocks to prod, poke, and soften up my back. Man, every time I completed a 15min session with this thing, I felt like a new man. I wish I had one in my house!!

Previous physical therapists kept seeing her every week, kept charging, but nothing ever improved. After about 3 visits with Ken, and some very good advice from him, my wife's shoulder drastically improved - and he said we didn't need to come in anymore (as long as we followed instructions).
