Recently, though, Dr. Steven Kann was to perform surgery on my wrist sheath, index trigger finger and removal of a foreign body on my index joint. He chose without my knowledge to not perform the surgery on my trigger finger. After discussion with him, that surgery is now scheduled in the next few weeks with his promise that I would not pay any out of pocket since he failed to perform the surgery the first time. He made other promises that thus far he has not met. He may be a good surgeon but is not trustworthy to follow through on his commitments. I pray to provide a more positive update following my surgery on June 15.

The practice was able to get me in to an appointment only one day after I phoned. Excellent! I met with Dr Pacek the next day and he evaluated the laceration in the top of my thumb caused by a soup can lid. The laceration was an irregular shape and required a specialist evaluation. Dr Pacek was extremely pleasant in his "bedside manner" and removed the existing FasterCare stitches so that he could really see the laceration. He spent ample time looking at the wound and asking me questions as to how it happened. I would highly recommend Dr Pacek to anyone needing hand care!
