I scheduled a consult for her and went with to see how the office was and what the vibe was like as I've never been to a chiropractor before. Because I felt like Dr Morreale and the entire staff cared about my mom's treatment, and every patient walking through the door, I decided to make an appointment for myself. It was my first appointment with any chiropractor. I felt welcomed, and you can tell that the entire staff really cares by the interactions with every patient. This was part of the reason I decided to make the appointment on the spot. The staff really makes an effort to get to know you and customizes your treatment based on your specific needs. Dr Phil was also really great and did my x-rays right there. Everything was quick and thoroughly explained. If you're looking for a chiropractor or have been thinking about it and never have, I highly recommend going to see Dr Morreale for a consult. You will not be disappointed.

To my surprise I got a text not long after saying I could be seen the next morning. I was so relieved and grateful for such a quick response! The facility is immaculately clean, all the staff is very professional and friendly, and they handle the insurance side of things which is so nice after coming from California where you have to submit all claims yourself :/ I've seen both doctors and they helped get me feeling normal again incredibly quickly. I highly recommend the practice and am grateful I found it.

While I was happy to keep these appointments as long as I thought he was helping my son, (who was panicked by this diagnosis as was I and wanted to visit as often as possible) the high co-pay cost was taking a toll on our finances. We stopped seeing Dr. Clark for a while when my son felt better but he wanted to go back because Dr. Clark insisted the scoliosis would get worse without treatment. During the few months when my son was not seeing Dr. Clark, my son was working out at a gym and pulled a muscle in his back. A Chiropractor happened to be there and graciously worked on my son for almost 1/2 hour using pressure points as well as chiropractic adjustments. Afterward, my son felt much better and continued with his workout. During this time, I asked the Chiropractor to evaluate his back for scoliosis. He informed me that my son's spine was straight as an arrow with no signs of scoliosis! Imagine our surprise. I offered to pay but he graciously did not charge. I additionally asked for a second opinion by his pediatrician when he went for an annual physical a few weeks later. This time I observed the evaluation as my son touched his toes and his spine appeared straight. His Pediatrician confirmed that there are no signs of scoliosis. We are beyond angry with Dr. Clark for putting a scare into my son with a non-existing condition like scoliosis. My child had many anxiety attacks over this diagnosis. How evil of you Dr. Clark FRANKENSTEIN for trying to drum up business with a fake diagnosis. My son and I will always hate you for that. Dr. Clark is money hungry and will tell you anything to keep you coming back. If you are interested in finding an excellent Chiropractor, then I highly recommend Dr. Mark J. Keenan, DC at 401 Wood St., Suite 904, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 (downtown) phone: 412-281-8283 Dr. Keenan deserves at least a million stars if not more. He is very effective with a good beside manner and pleasant personality.

My therapists tried to be positive, but it was like being worked on by cheerleaders. This experience was totally different. My therapists were still very positive, but they made me work my butt off. They asked me if I minded and I said no. Ben is the new director and he is fantastic. He actively listens when you explain your issue and pain level and is able to accurately mirror back what you just said so you know he was actually listening. He did my initial evaluation and realized my ankle pain and swelling was not just that, but a symptom of a greater problem. I like they treat the whole body here and not just symptoms of a greater problem like they do at chiropractors and some other PT facilities. He also is innovative in the exercises and stretching he has you do. I really appreciate his fresh perspective. He knows you cannot go to PT forever and need to learn how to do this stuff at home to maintain what they've done. The other permanent staff members Dailyn and Dustin are great too. I previously worked with Dailyn and think she is great and very knowledgeable. I didn't directly work with Dustin, but when Ben got busy he would ask me if I was ok, needed anything & answered my questions. He and the rest of the staff are very kind, empathetic, patient and professional to patients of all ages & fitness levels. They had a doctoral student, Nicole, working with myself and other patients who was very good. I did my own exercises & she did my stretching, etc. she is very knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, patient and professional. At first I wasn't sure if I wanted a student a part of my therapy but I'm glad I gave her a chance. She is excellent and cares about her patients. Susan is still fantastic and on the ball. I highly recommend this facility. I've been to chiropractors, other PT places, pfzyiatrists & pain management clinics & they are heads & tails the best. -------------------------------------------------- Went to this facility for a month and a half to heal multiple injuries. In the past I've been to chiropractors, other physical therapists & pain management clinics but this was my most positive experience. For the past few years, I suffered with lower back pain & did nothing about it after seeing a chiropractor & acupuncturist who didn't help. Unfortunately, I let it go on too long & it caused other injuries. Deana, the director of the facility, put together a great program that helped me feel relief that I haven't felt in a long time. She is extremely knowledgeable and great with patients and her staff. She treats everyone with respect, really listens to people's injuries & closely monitors people's activities & progress. She doesn't believe in limitations & really wants you to get better. I also had a great experience with her staff when they would help out. Susan in finance was a big help with insurance and payment concerns. She too is very knowledgeable and thinks ahead so you pay as you go and are not stuck with a huge bill at the end. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of PT services. I feel so much better than I did.

Reading the reviews for this place is so spot on and was actually making me laugh so hard. I feel bad leaving bad reviews but the fact it's been 3 years and I still remember this day is telling. Of course as it was so long ago I don't remember all details, but I do remember going in there was SO much paperwork. I have bought other massages on groupon. I have never had paperwork to that extent. It felt a little invasive and also just kind of annoying. After the paperwork they take me back into this office to wait for the doctor for the evaluation. I will never forget after I am sitting in the room in silence for a few minutes he slams open the door with this big entrance yelling starting with a sales pitch it was so...weird. I felt like I was on a "what would you do" type show. He was very loud and didn't seem socially aware- the fact I was going in for a relaxing massage and this was my entrance was a little bit counterproductive. I remember the massage being good other than the CD player skipping the meditation music on repeat at times throughout the hour. Long story short: this place is crazy. The massage was not bad but the overall experience was so strange.
