They quickly and efficiently determined a plan to get me back to my normal self. They were able to individually work on both my knee and my elbow but in a timely manner within my allotted one hour sessions. Everyone that I worked with was very nice and professional. I'm told to go to room 2 It's 2:08 and I have to be at work at 2:30. I told work. I could be a little late, so I go up to the desk and ask them what's going on? And I said oh, she was in earlier, she's not coming in this evening. Now, why couldn't they tell me that? When I walked in the front door and they said that they didn't have time to call people. I think this is piss poor. The receptionist obviously don't give a damn about me and i've been going to this office for a few years now. I guess loyalty means nothing. So I found a new chiropractor and I won't be going back to their office. I also left these comments on their website. I think it's extremely rude not to inform the patient that the doctor that they were scheduled to see came in and squan for the day. It may have been done purposely. To get me to see a different doctor because she's retired. I don't know. I'm just really angry right now. And I just feel that nobody cares and they're just covering themselves with all these excuses. So i'm warning you. If you have an appointment and you're sitting there too long, go up to the desk and ask them what's going on. Like I did.
