The physical therapists at PTN are not only so great at what they do, but they are incredibly kind, personable and create a positive environment where everyone is welcome and no one is excluded. I have been to other PTs in Pittsburgh that thought shame would work as a therapy tactic, didn't give clear guidance of how long we'd be working together, and didn't do some of the basics like measuring my legs before starting PT. When I got to PTN, it was like a breath of fresh air. Mike was super upfront with me about the amount of therapy sessions needed, what every week would look like, and the results we could expect. They went above and beyond with treatment and spent so much time with me every session. They are truly focused on excellence and results. They are also so flexible if I needed to change my appointment time or if traffic made it so I was a few minutes late. Seriously, they're the best! Every week I showed up and was reminded how strong I was and that I was going to feel better soon. I'm 9 weeks into therapy (it's my last week) and I'm going to be really sad to not see the folks at PTN every week. But, as predicted, I'm walking without pain and have all of the skills to continue moving through life pain-free which is the absolute best outcome. Thank you Mike, Mikey, Heather, and Kate for all of the laughs, and all of your help with my achilles! read more
