They initially…read morecame out to my home in March to address the fact that I had one sprinkler that was oozing water out, but it wasn't channeling the water in the zone that it was intended for. The technician was nice and kind. He charged me the fee that you were charged when you come out which was understandable and he took a part that was on the back of his truck to fix my issue and stated because it was a ad hoc solution if the sprinklers did not perform as intended to give him a call back. I gave them a call back today and as I'm speaking to their customer service representative somehow she became irritated when I spoke to her directly and in a calm voice she accused me of being condescending. If direct low speech irritates your soul you need professional help, and you probably need to engage with other adults who are well educated well rounded well traveled, and well-versed.... Don't let where you like as an individual ruin professional relationships.... If talking over me was not enough, she ended the conversation with "girl bye "and hung up the phone. I encouraged her to seek a therapist, possibly a spiritual advisor because no adult at their place of employment should have the emotional maturity of a 12 year-old girl. I think its the problem with social media that is warping the brain cells of adults because I promise you that lady is old enough to have gray pubic hair. Too old to be acting so young and so dumb. I pity FOOLS, I do not suffer them. I would highly encourage you to seek any other outfit, even if it is managed and ran by those with novice experience, before you waste your time money and Energy on this company again I would not recommend Greener South at all, unless your son owns it then mabye you can extend him some grace, but I wouldn't.
