Spent much longer than 20 minutes unlike the previous maintenance person from a different HVAC company. The cost was very reasonable even though i didn't use the fall or spring discounts. He even checked to make sure the drain line was not clogged, again, something the previous maintenance person failed to do. I have a Carrier heat pump and CW HVAC services all brands which is a relief so you don't have to commit to the company that installed the system new. Great Job Jessie. Thanks for your expertise. Would highly recommend CW H&A.

No more leaks and overpriced plastic parts that can only be replaced by the Kinetico dealer. I went with a 3M whole house water filter recommended by Ben, with all new copper plumbing and a new pressure regulator. I can change the water filter myself, which is recommended to do least once a year. I am confident of the new system and no longer worried about another Kinetico part failure. The 3M water filter recommended by Ben at Patriot Plumbing lead to immediate improvement in our water quality. No more chlorine taste or smell. This system uses a carbon block filter that works better for us than the water softener. I will use Patriot Plumbing again if and when needed.
