The were so responsive all the time, via email and phone, even on weekends. The price was not the cheapest I found, but the cheaper one's always left me hanging, and the price here was certainly reasonable. But neither of those things matter if the product isn't good, and the railing they made for us looks and feels amazing! It was also done fast - in about 3 weeks. They were also extremely friendly and professional. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Just got a new used rig…read morerecently and didn't realize my muffler was filled with pinholes till it practically fell off today. Thankfully I rigged it up enough to make it to Wenatchee. I called ahead and he said he was pretty busy & when I told him I had to drive over Stevens Pass tomorrow he said he'd make it work. I dropped it off at 1:30pm and it was done in less then an hour. They had to costume make me an exhaust since I was in a rush and it's some of the nicest exhaust work my husband & I have seen & for a fair price. Highly recommend this shop!
