Let me tell you why my review is 5 stars . I have gotten a hair cut here from all the barbers and each of them have their own style but with 1 goal and that's for your hair cut to come out crisp and clean ! Not once have they disappointed Place is clean ! machines look up to date ! Friendly family environment. Always have sports or movies on the big TVs while you wait . I do recommend you call and set up an appointment! How ever walk ins are welcome and get attended ! If you are looking for a crispy taper my boys Manuel , mike , Benny will take care of you ! I have been to other barber shops in the area and I'm telling you right now don't waist your money or time ! The guys at legacy barber shop are the only ones I trust with my hair . And beard ! Check them out . You'll thank me later read more

RUN!!! THEY DO NOT CARE!!! I gave the new guy a shot, epic fail. In his defense he is not ready to have a chair, and that's the owners fault. After 1 hour of cutting my hair he was no where near finishing, and what he had done was a disaster. I asked the owner if he could give him a hand and finish and he looked at me like I was the crazy ‍ he didn't care to help or even take a look. I still have him $20 for his efforts but owner is to blame for putting him there and especially for not caring. NEVER COME HER!!!!!!!! read more

Perfect performance. They are very nice and they do a great job. I have gotten haircuts and shave.

KEEP IN MIND THEY HAVE A GLOWING SIGN THAT SAYS "OPEN" First time coming into this place . And 4-5 guys were just sitting in the back PLAYING CARDS AND DRINKING . And couldn't take a walk in . Unbelievable F*uck that place never again . And also f*uck that dude named Benny . Could of had one of those guys or him self give a simple cut . But instead they are drinking . read more

I took my 2 sons for a haircut, and it is so far the best place ever. Honestly , it is very friendly, and everyone is so professional. Love the fact that's it's a kid's friendly environment. My husband loves getting his haircut here, and all the guys are so nice and friendly. Definitely will come back. This is our new spot for sure. I will recommend to all my friends and her kids. I am giving you guys . read more

If you haven't checked this place out and you need a haircut ,your beard trimmed or line up. You should stop by and give this place your business. I saw the reviews and thought I'll give them a shot. I am sure glad I did. They treated me like family or a friend as soon as I walked in. Found my new favorite place to get lined up. I appreciate you guys for the great experience. Will definitely be back and let friends and family know about this place. One thing I've learned is that not all bad reviews means the establishment isn't doing things right. Come check this place out. read more

Brought my 2 boys here on a Thursday afternoon, according to Google reviews it's a good place. We walked in, there was 1 barber outside maybe taking a break and one indoors. We sat down, no one greeted us. The barber inside went to grab a tallcan, opened it, drank. Still NO greeting, no acknowledgment of any kind. I decided what the hell, we will wait and maybe someone will notice we are here. Or at least say, "I'll be with you in a few minutes." 10minutes later still nothing, not a smile, not a hello, nothing. Ok, thanks for wasting 15minutes of my life, horrible customer service. Heres a tip for you, greet your customers, be friendly, be attentive afterall you wouldnt have a business without them. I will never come back here, very rude, unprofessional. If I could give you NO stars I would. read more

Absolutely atrocious. I would definitely give this place zero stars if I possibly could. This barber shop should not even be up and running. Multiple guys in the back smoking and drinking. This place is not family friendly at all. Might as well be a damn smoke shop. I felt extremely uncomfortable in this barbershop. One of the barbers was also smoking outside as well, and the service was completely shit. Do not recommend coming to this barbershop. read more

Nice clean cut. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. My hair cut was quick and just the way I like it. Thanks Benny.

Been coming here for a while now to get my son's monthly haircut and couldnt be happier. All the guys here are always friendly and my wait hasnt been more than 5 minutes every time. (I come on weekdays, so not sure the wait time on weekends). I also get my beard trimmed and haven't been disappointed by any of them. read more

Best haircut I've had, all barbers are good. For best results call in for an appointment. Atleast for all barbershop that I've been at for the last 15 years... it's best if you call in for an appointment. read more

Came in to get a LOWFADE, before we ever began the cut I stated clearly I wanted a LOWFADE and showed the barber a picture of the LOWFADE I was trying to get. Tell me why this foo gives me a high ass fade still....after about 3 times telling him what I wanted. Thanks for fucking up my shit... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, came in and when I told the barber what I wanted he looked like he didn't even know what the cut was, the fade is so uneven he didn't even blend it in correctly, another customer came in and even was surprised that the barber cutting my hair was even allowed to cut hair. the barber had to ask another barber to come check the haircut to see if he missed anything so the other barber had to come and correct the haircut. If you like uneven fades and crooked lineups then this is the place for you read more

Literally my first trying to get a haircut at this place, and once I got in they asked for an appointment. Which is understandable of course, but what gets me more than annoyed is that I tried calling them and their phone does not work. So once we came in, the white guy asked us what we wanted and my and my friend we like," y'all are a Barber shop right?" but he was just straight up not costumer friendly. But the guy that was pretty cool was this one latino guy that was trying to help us, but we just decided not to argue or anything of course so we just left. But yea their costumer service was pretty bad. They also said their was a sign posted outside saying they were closed, but there was no sign. The inside looked dope tho lol. read more

Made an appointment with Eric as a first time customer, i showed up early he's with someone else..ok 10 min past my appt time I let them know if he's going to be longer I'm ok with my son going to anyone of the other 3 barbers playing fifa on the Xbox...he insisted we were fine waiting..(I'm sorry what?) so because my son really wanted a haircut we waited...30 min later my 9 year old son said forget it let's go home...RIDICULOUS!! Lost my business and i have 3 sons and a husband. Went down the street to empire, I'm willing to pay for $5 more for customer service.... read more

This barbershop is pretty awesome, I got a haircut from Benny and he did a phenomenal job!We are new to Ontario area and this is definitely our go to barber from now on to get a nice clean cut! Prices are really good, not too expensive to me. The vibe is nice laid back but still very professional, these guys know what there doing! 100% recommend this spot out of all the barber shops in the area for sure. I will be coming back on a bi weekly basis. Thanks Benny! read more

I've been here 3 times. The first 2 times were good but today I came with my dad and it was terrible. We came in & sat down and shortly after we did the middle barber Benny finished cutting someones hair. When he finishes he goes to the back, comes by us walks outside comes back in with a drink, sits down in his chair & watches t.v. I thought hmm maybe he's taking a short break; no, we sat there for 50 mins. The 1st barber when you comes in was busy cutting the whole time, I didn't notice if the third barber ever finished cutting or not. I'm a patient person & tried to wait but after nearly a hour of waiting while 1 of the barbers is litterally just watching tv I had to go. read more

F*ck me up everytime I go last cut they gave me a damn 6 head pushed my hairline super back, don't recommend

Best barbers in the area. I recommend making an appointment with Manny , but honestly all the barbers are great!

Took my little brother here for the first time two weekends ago,he really needed a haircut for picture day, turns out his school friends go here also , loved his haircut now he won't go anywhere else . They take their job serious and really pay attention to detail.I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good barber in town. read more

Read several reviews some good some bad, I just wanted a haircut not to chat about nonsense, when i went in they looked at me as if I was asking for a handout... I think I came in with cash they all looked at me and asked if I had an appointment ? no no appointment and they just ignored me ... maybe I should get tattoos for my forehead to my toes and I can be part of a clic .. so I sat there for a little bit wondering what was gonna happen. then I got up and left so I guess the bad reviews make more sense than the good ones. coming from Texas not really knowing the area very well. Yelps come in very handy and I think they're pretty accurate read more

It's not bad if you don't mind waiting for 2.5 hours! 3 out of 4 barbers called in sick. There's ONLY 1 BARBER!

I loved my new haircut!! The guys there were amazing and very friendly. The place itself has a very chill environment with old school music in the background. I didn't catch the guy who giving me haircut, but he was kind of tall and skinny. He put so much detail and work into the haircut I was amazed!! Definitely would go back read more

Nice group working here. Attentive when you walk in and they're all nice. My barber, LaLa, started here from another place and I came with here to continue. She is awesome and very friendly. Came on a Sunday and Danny hooked me up with a clean cut. All in all, chill environment and good service. The cuts are all good! read more

My son and I have been coming here for about a year now and have always gotten great service from all these barbers. My son and I get our cuts from Benny but the truth is, ALL these barbers know their trade and are detailed. I've gotten cuts from all of them throughout the year. The price is reasonable for the cuts they give. If you're looking for a 5 minute super cut...this isn't the place. If you're looking for a quality cut, these guys will take care of you. read more
