I tired to make it easy for him. Asked for a number 4 buzz all around (usually cheap). Ended up having long hairs I had to cut my self at home. Had people at work cut hairs in the back too because they found a bunch of stragglers. It was just weird. Plus when I went to pay the business, he told me to Zelle his mom's number.... Not sure if the business knows he's asking for Zelle to his mom instead of taking the cash I brought for the business. Just a weird experience all around. Also $50 is crazy for a simple buzz cut. Won't see me in there again. Weirdest barbershop I've ever been to. Edit: Owner responded and didn't address the issue about the messed up buzz cut that left me with random long hairs in the front and back. Unsure why he decided to ignore that and double down, when he had the chance to fix the situation and at least ask if I'd like to come back to get it fixed. Interesting business tactic. I don't think I painted an unfair picture, I told the truth. The barber was a nice kid, but the shop has no prices listed, and the cut came out botched. Hard to say that's an unfair description. I think the comments from the owner on the bad reviews paint a perfect picture of the quality of shop this is.

I've been going here since they opened and I actually followed Mau, one of the barbers, from his…read moreprevious shop. As someone who's very particular about my haircut, the barbers here always deliver high quality service with excellent attention to detail. I've had a haircut from every barber at the shop and they each have a breadth of experience in the industry when it comes to their cuts. My advice to anyone seeking for a high quality haircut is to communicate with your barber what you're looking to do as the consultation is always a key detail that many barbers tend to overlook. Mau and all the barbers here are very easy to talk to and have a lot of experience with different hair types and styles of cuts. I myself always get a taper with a 70/30 flow cut and it's always crisp and clean. Something I also look for to distinguish high level haircuts is the attention to the shape of the haircut as it frames your head. It's important for your hair to look proportionate to your head shape and it should look great from all angles. Everyone here takes the time to ensure that each cut meets that high standard. All in all, I highly recommend this barbershop for anyone in the area as the quality and value you get for your money is honestly hard to beat. Even beyond the quality of their haircuts, I wholeheartedly enjoy speaking to each member of the staff here as I've gotten to know them over the years. They're all such genuine and kind individuals who truly care about their impact on the lives of their clients and their place in the community. Go support them! Note: They take walk-ins but if you don't wanna wait, I suggest booking an appointment!

The price is appropriate relative to local shops in the area for a men's haircut that likes a good fade. One thing I personally like is how the mirror is set up so that I see her work on my hair nearly the entire time. It's nice that I got to see the process as it's going in case I need to ask for correction or something, and not left till the end like almost every other shop. The little things like that I appreciate and I think shows that she cares what customers experience, at least a customer like me. Also, I walked in with no scheduling and she had no problem trying to squeeze me in just 2 days before Mother's Day. I very much recommend.
