The firearm I purchased was from a company KYgunco was advertising rebates for, Beretta. Beretta requires a receipt showing the serial number of the firearm to be able to process the rebate, and KYgunco does not show the serials for the firearm on their receipts. I emailed their customer service email address requesting a copy containing the serial on April 4th, and April 9th. It is now mid day April 14th with no response from them. As someone who also operates in the industry, I'm disappointed by this especially since they advertise the rebate on their site. Small business is busy I understand, but I'd like to see this remedied.
