He diagnosed the issue with my circa 2017 iMac and said the hard drive was shot. I did not doubt him for a second due to the inability for the new OS to download, with all the time I wasted "googling" the problem, sheesh... I should have called Randy first. Here is the final feedback. He got it fixed quickly and when I got the computer home, he put in an SSD, solid-state drive, which we spoke about, briefly. Here is where he earned this 5-star review. He installed a Terrabite sized SSD. He could have gone with a 256 or 512, we did not even discuss it. To show his "code" he went with the 1TB model SSD. That is code beyond code and shows why he has a stellar reputation on the review platforms for computer repairs and Internet Technology. Great job Randy. Long story short: dropped my iPhone 14 Pro Max & ended-up getting a white screen that essentially made the LCD unusable. Took it here the next day & Ryan took impeccable care of me. He didn't even hesitate to think that he could try & have the phone fixed - he already knew that he could. He took it back to show his technician & confirmed that the phone could be ready in about 3 hours. I took it in at 11:16am. I got a call a little after 2pm (by Val) to say that my phone was ready. Came in around 3:46pm, & low behold, the screen was as good as new. I would not hesitate to give them all the praise. Seriously, Ryan & the good people at uBreakiFix (Valencia) came in so clutch & I am so thankful that they provide a competitive economic alternative than having to take your iPhone into Apple for an equally (if not better) outcome.
