My daughter's laptop got a problem and it is not booting. My expertise to troubleshoot this kind of problem is limited. Since the problem is a little bit complicated, he advise to bring the laptop with him to make sure he can troubleshoot it at his place and provide better recommendation. It's good that the hard drive still works, however, it will require to do the reset/partitioning of the hard drive to have a bootable sequence again. Overall work is awesome.
