It was a Sunday and they showed how horrible they handle rush hour. One person in the kitchen making food. Don't order from The kiosk because your order will not be prioritized. We ordered from it and food took over 30 minutes. And everyone that came in after us got their food before us. But don't ask the employees when your food is coming out because b1tch a$$ ignorant town folk, will insult you for asking when your food is coming out. Overall the ambience in the place was just stress from the workers and b1tch a$$ town folk that know the young girls that are working there yelling at you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

The young couple who were working were not very welcoming (but it seems most of the people we ran into in Tyrone, are not the most friendly group) Now onto the coffee - I ordered a marshmallow something, and hubs ordered a chai latte The drinks were luke warm and both lacked flavor. I tried hubs too and I didn't taste much chai. Both tasted like luke warm water. I also questioned the food selection to see what, if anything was gluten free. And the workers couldn't really tell me much (I was told to look at the label for the ingredients) - so we decided to pass. I'm sure maybe the drip coffee could be good - but latte's might not be their thing..... Cute decor though - I loved the ceiling lighting fixture.

Similar to other locations, it has welcoming Americana theming throughout and signature blue tiles on the floor. We went with the cookies & cream and raspberry pistachio donuts. As opposed to my prior experience with Parlor Doughnuts where they were prepared fresh, this location seems to have prepped a supply earlier in the day with a selection on display available for purchase. Both were great donuts, but lacked the texture as you bit into them that I had with my prior experience that put the donuts in the "next level" category for me. They also didn't provide the signature donut boxes, as they simply handed us a bag when we asked for a to-go box. Service wasn't all that warm & friendly or quick here, but still an overall good donut experience for me such that I look forward to visiting Parlor Doughnuts on my future travels.
