I would have given this little store a nice review. We were the last customers on a Wednesday evening and had a very nice cashier who allowed us to finish our shopping even though it caused her to be a little past closing. However, my opinion changed after my 14 year old daughter selected a gem stone necklace, only to discover it was broken when she opened it. As I said earlier we were the last customers, so Thursday morning as we left to return home, we stopped back to exchange it only to be told very rudely, "ALL SALES FINAL" it was a $4 necklace that a 14 year old girl used her own money to buy. The fact that it couldn't be exchanged is one thing but to talk to a young girl so rudely and unprofessionally was upsetting. When we return to the area, as we plan to do, we certainly will take our business elsewhere.
