I paid full retail price and was not informed about the production year. While the tires are technically new, I believe customers should be clearly informed when purchasing older production tires -- especially for commercial or heavy-duty vehicles. Transparency is important when paying full price. I hope the store improves communication about tire production dates in the future.

We set an appointment for 8 am Friday morning and by 9:10 I was back on the road. I wanted to keep the tires that were on the car so they bagged them up and set them aside so I could pick them up later. All the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable - I even got a tutorial on how aligning the suspension on Mini isn't quite the same as other cars.
