Looking at other products, all of it has gone up so much! Not sure how much they can control that, but based on other stores we went to for the same products, the more expensive regular prices are a reflection on them in general. The sale items were ok, tho not what was on my wife's shopping list. Some of the running shoes she did like they didn't have her size. We did see several staff around, not one said hi or even tried to offer any assistance. That's a bad reflection on the store in general. Sad state when the staff is to busy talking to other staff that they don't ask patrons if they need help, this is what we saw with a few staff. Very sad.

Yeah maybe was his answer. He then proceeded to walk off to the rifles started checking numbers and then without saying anything he went in the back room, came back out and I'm still standing at the counter. Customer service??? They wouldn't begin to know what customer service is at the store!!!! I'm the guy that always tries to find a good and give compliments, but Noah is a waste of air! He did at least apologize when I confronted his manager and he was standing not too far away. The manager on call, David wasn't a whole lot better, but he did apologize and ask if he could help. At that point I was done and said no sir I'll be going to your competitor. So disappointing.......

I got my husband Christmas present during the Black Friday deals online and I had it delivered. When I open the bag to wrap it, the security tag was still on it. I took it in and explain my issue and Josh was understanding about the whole thing. I even asked him about the size I got and he asked a few questions and I got the wrong size. He explain to me how a size in a jersey works. I told him there was a reason why the security tag was left on because I didn't get the right size and he agreed with me. He even showed me the difference in value and quality of the jersey's that I didn't know about. Every time we have been to this Rally House the customer service has been great. They have a whole gun shop with clean restrooms instead of portable potties that's been sitting in the sun. I love that it's an outdoor, but covered range. Please call ahead to ask questions about the range. I know they give discounts to military and law enforcement which is nice. It's approximately $17-$20 to rent a lane and it's all day. I was told that you can leave and then come back which is awesome. This would be the perfect place to unload a ton of rounds since you have time on your side. They have areas specifically for rifles, handguns, etc. The staff are very friendly. There is a lot parking available.

I think what makes me most excited to go to Alpine is taking advantage of the clay shooting range. You do have to buy their in house clays but definitely nice to be able to do while already shooting. Compared to other ranges Alpine allows you to freely move and touch each part of the range for a very affordable price of $20 and some change. If you're not wanting to shoot high valued ammo they have ammo dispensers that you can buy per pound. With a wide selection of guns to rent and sale, & awesome products to purchase. After the gate is closed if you need to be let out, you have to call the police. But there's so much to do here! Not just the swimming area! There's a hiking trail, playground and walking trails. Beautiful views and plenty of space to social distance yourself. The trails are available for no fee as far as I could tell, but the swimming area near WhoaZone is $5. They do not take cash, only debit/credit card. The swimming area has a playground and picnic areas. I think there's a spot to cast your kayaks off over there too, but I stayed near the beach and didn't explore anything else. I saw vehicles with kayaks going over on the other side. If you have water shoes, I'd say bring them and a beach umbrella as there's no shade. The sand isn't too uncomfortable to lie in, there's just cigarette butts here and there. But I definitely recommend visiting for the day or even camping if you're into it!

Someone recommended this to me as a "sandy beach". It is a beach, and there is some sand, but the…read moreshore is probably a 50/50 mix of packed dirt and sharp pebbles. OUCH! The rock bottom extends out a couple of yards into the water, where it turns to clay. For swimmers, the rockiness is less of an issue - get past the rocks and swim/float your heart out, but the rocks along the shore make it significantly less enjoyable for babies. Running along the shore and splashing in the shallow water is painful without water shoes. For a true SANDY BEACH, check out Twin Points Park at Eagle Mountain Lake or Little Elm on Lake Lewisville instead. Twin Points is nicer, if you're deciding between the two. Pros: it's a pretty spot, with nice views. Plenty of parking - $5 per car. CREDIT/DEBIT ONLY. There is a dock for jumping off (which we didn't notice until we were leaving, sadly!). Not very crowded on a Saturday in August. Pretty clean, other than the bathrooms. Alcohol permitted (or if not permitted, certainly not regulated). Days swimming at the lake are SO MUCH FUN! Aside from the rocky shore, the only big negative was how gross the bathrooms were. We were there pretty early, so clearly they aren't cleaned daily. Also, the whoa zone is SO EXPENSIVE!!!! It looks fun but I cannot wrap my head around the fact that people pay that much to be there. It's $22 a person for ONE HOUR! Mon-Thurs they also offer a $50 all day pass. For our family of 7, I consider that cost prohibitive. Overall, it was a fun day at the lake, but Meadowmere Park is just not the best DFW has to offer.

Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish…read more Communication was practically nonexistent. Getting a response felt like pulling teeth, and when I finally did, it didn't even matter because the pricing was completely inconsistent. I was given a quote when I dropped off my items, only to receive an invoice TWO WEEKS later for nearly double the amount. No explanation, no heads-up--just a completely different price like that was normal. When I called to ask about it, the owner was shockingly rude. Instead of addressing the discrepancy, he immediately got defensive and accused me of wanting everything for free--which was never even remotely the case. Not once did he acknowledge that the invoice didn't match the original quote. It was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. To top it off, when I said I'd just come pick up my shirts instead, his response was basically "good," as if he didn't want the business in the first place. That says everything you need to know. Terrible communication, dishonest pricing, and unbelievably rude customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
