On my most recent trip in, I was looking for a new cowboy hat. One of mine blew off and got stepped on by Wyatt. It left an unsightly dent on the front of the brim. The sales lady asked if I had the hat saying she might be able to reshape it.... In a manner of 5 minutes, she had it reshaped and looking almost as good as new! Even better, when I asked her how much for fixing my hat? Her reply was "Free!" It's a service they supply when you purchase hats there! What a great value!! Since I was told it was too late, I decided to keep the dress. My appointment was on Sunday, September 30th, and my wedding is not until October 3, 2025.I was told I would get my dress in July 2025. Eventually, I concluded that I truly did not want the dress. I called the boutique again and was told that it was almost closing time and no one was available to speak with me at that moment. I was assured that someone would get back to me the following day. However, I never received a call back, so I reached out to them again to ask for an update. I was informed that they had been busy with other customers and would call me by the end of the day. I felt like I wasn't treated as a priority. Then, I was told that the designer would not be back until Monday, and they would have to contact me after that. Three days went by without any communication, so I called again. This time, I was told they had called me and left a voicemail, but I did not have any missed calls or voicemails. I was informed that it was too late to cancel the dress due to it being in production. Now, I find myself without a dress and $1,400 out of pocket. The owner mentioned that I had signed the receipt, which stated that there were no refunds or exchanges. I was told by other bridal shops that the production of the dress could be stopped since my wedding is so far out and I would need to pay a restocking fee. I would have been fine with this but nothing was offered.

I went to the hat shaping queen herself, Bailey, and gave her my best attempt at explaining what I wanted. I'm honestly surprised she didn't need a translator for what I was trying to describe, but within about 20 minutes it was exactly how I pictured. Even with me asking what were probably some dumb questions, she only gave me a smile and a clear explanation every time. I can't say Teskey's is my all-around favorite shop, but Bailey is my favorite hat shaper -- so this is where I'll be getting my hats suppose. Pizza out side smelled pretty good too.

Selection and fitting for a custom suit for my husband went well. They called to say the suit was…read moreready, and to let them know when we were stopping by. We did. I sent my teenage son in to pick up the suit. Twenty minutes later he came out and said they wouldn't even look up at him. That they were laughing and joking with other customers who were having drinks inside. He politely said "excuse me, I'm just here to pick up my Dad's suit." They brushed him off indicating they were busy. So I went in with my son and stood around a LONG time while this guy in the straw hat proceeded to ignore me as well until he heard me on the phone with my husband. Then all of a sudden he said he'd be with us in a minute. Keep in mind by now we've been here 30-35 minutes just waiting to pick up a suit. He said he had not yet steamed the suit even though we made arrangements for the pickup. We agreed we'd never use them again even though the manager apologized for the straw hat character's rudeness. But we agreed I'd refrain from posting a review, until we got the custom suit home and realized the fit was horrible. Hopefully someone else can fix it.
