Our song choice paired with a rumba style dance. We just got married yesterday 11/2/24 and started lessons back in September. It was amazing learning from them, Kind, thoughtful, encouraging, and talented are some of the words I'd use to sum up our experience with Mary Louise and Jim. Everyone loved our dance they went absolutely wild for it. Such an amazing addition to our wedding it made it that much more memorable!!

A familymember and my physical therapist both recommended Mary Louise King, because she has a personal training and workout regimen designed for people 60+ who have health concerns, but still need to exercise. I can't say enough about how good she is. A lot of the exercises can be done while seated, and it's a pretty thorough and balanced workout. My heart and adrenaline really get going! It's safe and I really enjoy it! She's a very pleasent person, too! I highly recommend Mary Louise King!
