I had been visiting a friend who lives in this neighborhood and when I was heading home I stopped…read moreoff at this store to get a bottle of water. This is an independently owned convenience store and not part of a chain. It is a nice store and it is very professionally run. I saw some things that I don't ordinarily find in convenience stores such as some small bronze statues of Indian gods as well as plates and drinking glasses, Indian groceries and some Indian bath products and facial cleansers. I decided just to try something different I would buy one of the facial cleansers in addition to the water that I had already planned to buy. They also had plenty of what an average convenience store has such as chips, bottled beverages, candy and so forth. When I got to the cash register to pay for my items I saw some candy bars nicely displayed right at the register so I grabbed a candy bar for the trip home. The man working the counter was very pleasant and welcoming. He gave me some good information on the cleanser that I was buying without me even asking which I really appreciated. He seemed to be very familiar with the items that this store sells and was very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with. The store was well stocked with plenty of product and the products were arranged very nicely on the shelves. Next time I am in the neighborhood I will definitely be stopping in here again.

I can only compare it to the ones near where I personally live, and actually this one was much better. This one actually had a wider variety of drinks, cup sizes, fresh hot take-out foods, and all of it was fresh and ready to serve that exact moment. All of these characteristics are not something that the ones near my home have. This one also had 2 cashiers ready right away. It also had shopping baskets, and discretely hidden trash small flip door in the check-out counter. The only thing I didn't see was a rest room, and a table for people sit down and eat like they do in my area. I have zero complaints about the employees. They all seemed to be doing their jobs just fine. No one appeared over-worked or exhausted. they were all in a chill yet still willingly helpful disposition. I really have no complaints. They did everything right. I was treated just fine. Pretty good in my view. If they had ever had some bad elements n the past, there's nothing bad going on here now.

PRO's: - Open 24 Hours - There is a Dunkin Donuts inside that is also open 24 hours. - Citizens Bank ATM CON's: - You have to pay for the convenience of this convenience store. Many items are way overpriced. - The employees are horrible. Half of them can't understand English and the other half that do are just plain slow. One girl has been there at least 3 months and still can't operate the lottery machine. Like I said, this store is pretty blah. UPDATE April 2013 Forget the 3 "Pro's" I listed. This store is so horrid they cancel out. The mgmnt is completely inept along with their so called employee's.

This particular Tedeschi's rocks. It has three of my favorite things - Food Should Taste Good multigrain chips, a Dunkin Donuts coffee shop, and $2.99 per gallon 1% milk for my morning Cheerios. Actually, I have this TDs to thank for introducing me to the Food Should Taste Good chips. They are amazing - healthy fiberful chips made locally by a small company. Go TDs for stocking such a great product! This is probably the convenience store I'm most guilty of attending, though I'm not sure why I feel guilty for going to a convenience store.... They have a great variety of food stuffs, cards in case you want to make someone feel special (nothing like a little convenience store love), and a small deli section with some pre-made food. If push comes to shove and you're not sure whether to go to this TDs or the one on Market St, definitely go here. DEFINITELY. Milk is way better, as is service and selection. Sincerely, The convenience store whore
