It has made things frustrating and inconsistent at times but has been more than worth it to get to Stacie, the current manager. In the time she has been here, she has gotten rid of most (if not all) of the "less than desirable" tenants, has regular office hours, is always in the office when she says she will be, is immediately on top of any needed repairs and has improved the entire atmosphere in general. I am proud to tell people where I live now and believe a great deal of that goes to the improvements Stacie and her husband, Jacob have made. I sincerely hope they stay for a long time.

As a seller who had never seen the property and not familiar with the area, Kaytlin was integral in getting us through all the ins and outs and area requirements (like irrigation district and farm deferral tax status), work being done on the property, and upkeep. Her value was right on, and she worked hard to keep the sale together with a bit of a fixer-upper property (but with a great view!). I would buy property in the area just to have a chance to work with her again! As a past agent, I would work with her in a heartbeat - the vast knowledge, experience, and service is above anything I have seen in over 30 years in the business.

She is professional, responsive, and knows the area like no other. She will give you unbiased and comprehensive advice and support you throughout the process. Tonya helped my husband and I purchase a home in Stevenson. Let me share some examples of Tonya going above and beyond. 1. When I first called Tonya, I caught her on a camping trip. She not only responded to my call but even stopped by a house we were interested in on her way home! 2. She went to see multiple homes on our behalf when my husband and I couldn't get away and walked us through homes on video chat. 3. When we saw the perfect home that was extremely overpriced, Tonya convinced the selling agent to talk to his clients about a more realistic number. We purchased a home thousands of dollars below listing price and inline with comps. 4. We tacked on a land sale which created some additional complexity. Tonya and the loan officer navigated us through the process like pros! All in, we couldn't be more impressed (and trust us, we can be tough customers). You will not go wrong with Tonya as your realtor.

Referred by my neighbor, I stopped in to inquire about sun blocking shades for my large, floor to ceiling windows. Without shades, the house is easily 88 degrees in the summer, a chilling 54 in the winter. After picking out the light reflecting shades, Marcus came to my house to measure. When I decided to change the order and add another few windows and eliminate another, he came back to measure again and make sure we were aligned on the order. We set up a day and time, and they confirmed the day before. The blinds were ordered and 4 weeks later installed without a hitch. Marcus and his team did an excellent job. I love the shades so much I'm considering covering two more windows to complete the house. Highly recommend.
