History

Established in 2016.

Kaytlin Hughes was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest paradise of Hood River, Oregon. She grew up in a family of real estate investors and property managers so she has been speaking the real estate language since she was very young and her transition to realtor extraordinaire was pretty much inevitable. She decided to make the career move to real estate after helping her mom buy an investment property in Salt Lake City in 2015. Kaytlin enjoyed six years of selling real estate in the Salt Lake City area and ranked in the top 500 agents of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, an association of 9000 agents. She brought her experience back to her hometown of Hood River and she strives to give every customer a 5-star experience with her enthusiastic energy, attention to detail, and consistent communication. If Kaytlin isn't out showing homes or hosting open houses, you can find her skiing, running, paddle boarding, or fishing around the pacific northwest.
