Johnny's stepped up and offered to tow the car to the shop and worked everything out with my insurance company. Coweta county police towed our car here and from then on it was hell incarnate of service. Not a good experience and a bad tow place. They have a daily storage fee of your car for 35$ and extra hidden fees added on, they tax the daily storage fee as well to add some random compound interest aspect and the tow itself was 225$ which I will say it not bad even if it was for 4 miles. Overall they are bad when working with customers and I personally wouldn't recommend if you have the choice.

Chris and his other minion employees went out of their way to make a tough situation more difficult, outright refusing to offer even minimum support. My husband was hit by debris falling off of a semi and - after buying what he needed from this sorry excuse for a shop - was told he could not fix it in their parking lot, they do not do repairs, and when he asked to buy or borrow a jack from them to fix it himself across the street, the scumbags said no to that, too. Unapologetic, hateful, severely lacking in customer service. Sometimes it's not about what you say, Chris, but how you say it. Looking over the receipt line by line, the pricing is unbelievable: $759.92 just for four ignition coils (parts that cost $40-$50 each retail), $387.48 in labor alone for spark plugs, and a $145 diagnostic fee that they refused to apply toward the repair work. They even tacked on a $210 chemical intake flush that does nothing for a failing ignition coil, then quoted another $1,113 to replace front control arms--a job independent shops routinely do for $650-$700 with an alignment.
