I had the unfortunate circumstances that brought me across the path of this company. My wife,…read moremyself and 3 of our kids were out on a Saturday night when we hit a pot hole and busted our tire. We called around and found a few people that could come but settled on OMW, this was a huge mistake. He said the charge was $200, which I told him I didn't have . After coming up with the money after midnight he informed me that I would have to pay a $50 deposit. I tried for about 20 more mins to find a less expensive alternative. And I finally broke and sent the deposit. At this time the owner of the company told me he was arriving at another customer and couldn't give an exact eta but 35 mins from the tire and atleast another 25 mins from me. After sending the deposit the local police dept assisted by taking me a couple of miles to get the tire replaced. Exactly 30 mins after paying the deposit I cancelled this before a tire was ever picked up. I asked for a refund of my deposit to which he then tells me NO it's non refundable. That he canceled other customers and sent me his call log, however the only call was from his wife/gf. He started saying that I was a business owner and I shouldn't have paid the deposit if I was uncertain. I did ask him multiple times to refund the money. After this we shared our experience of what happened with a family friend who wrote a negative but truthful review of the company stating that he cared more about money than his customers. In retaliation for this negative review he had is significant other post a slanderous review bashing me as a person on the company I work for site. This was a personal attack against a person that just simply asked for their money back. He then held the company i work for hostage with his review demanding that the legitimate review against his company be removed. So after refusing to refund the deposit , this upstanding businessman "stole" money from and tried to get a man fired because of a negative review. Wow, what an outstanding business this is. I will post the screenshots of his phone log he sent me showing his significant others name and the review she posted trying to get me fired. He claims he's not only about the money and he cares for his customers, but these personal attacks were because he refused to refund $50 and got a negative review. ....$50
