When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

They took pictures and I sued and won my money back. I purchased 4 new tires and a starter from this business. The price for both was affordable. I…read morepicked the vehicle up and it was driving really good. The tires felt balanced and aligned. The starter was not compatible with my vehicle which resulted in a breakdown and a tow the same day I picked it up. I took it back. They claimed that some starter have the wrong wire? There's a language barrier so this is that I believe they were trying to tell me. They replaced the starter with the correct one because of the 3 month warranty. I drove the car back to my job but noticed that the tire pressure alert was now on and one of the tire sensors was no longer working. The tire also started vibrating when braking. I took the vehicle back for them to check the left front tire. They refuse to check the tire and stated that only one three of my sensors was working when I purchased the tires. This was not the case. Had it been the case, my vehicle would have alerted me of the issue with the one tire. I'm now at a tire shop and what do you know, the sensor is broken. Beto's broke my sensor when replacing the starter for a second time. I do not recommend this auto repair shop. The tire shop showed me the sensor that was on my vehicle. Beto's broke my sensor and gave me one that is not for my vehicle. That's why my wheel performance changed. It's imperative that you provide quality work and that you're honest. Do right by those who patronize your business. Don't cheat your customers.
