I took the wheel off, called Mavis, and they set me up a quick appointment. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes! The technician let me watch while he searched for the cause of the leak. It was one of those very troubling kind of leaks where nothing was quickly apparent and the tire was just 4 years old. It took several tests to determine where the leak was. Turned out it was a tiny pinhole in my valve stem. Most tire stores would have given up and suggested that I buy a new tire. I truly appreciated the expertise, commitment to the customer, and their friendly professionalism! My next sets of tires will be purchased at Mavis!

I had Sherman come out to look at both my 2012 Toyota Camry and my 2010 Chevy Impala, and I…read morecouldn't be happier with the service. My Camry had a no-start issue, and instead of trying to sell me a starter or some expensive repair like less honest mechanics might have done, Sherman took the time to properly diagnose the problem and found that a connector wasn't plugged in correctly. He fixed it quickly and had the car running again. On my Impala, he completed an oil change and repaired my cigarette lighter outlets, which had been damaged by an overpowered device that had melted part of the circuit. Everything is working properly now. He arrived on time, was professional from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and charged a very fair price. He even followed up by sending me a PDF with diagnostic codes and a detailed list of recommended maintenance items for future service. It's hard to find mechanics who are knowledgeable, honest, and transparent, but Sherman checked all three boxes. This was easily a 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable automotive service. I appreciate the work, the honesty, and the professionalism. Looking forward to working with him again in the future.

I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.
